This property is spacious and was clean. It is a pretty space with comfortable beds and soft sheets! The location is very convenient and in a good area. It also has great parking.

Great stay

What an amazing apartment. My wife and I had our parents with us and it was so ideal to have a first floor apartment with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathroom for us. Couldn't say enough good things about the Host and if we're ever back in Portland we would love to stay there again

Cold weekend in Portland

Family gathered for Christmas. this place was perfect for us. The highlight might have been the excellent communication from the host. Even though the refrigerator had just suddenly malfunctioned, he made other quick arrangements, kept us well informed and everything worked out fine. A very nice spot and a great host.

Thanksgiving

Lovely 1st floor apartment in a house. Home had all necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable. The only reason we rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the space lacked sufficient electrical outlets. Also, more hooks or towel bars would have been handy. We also could only find 1 dish towel and some Kleenex would have been a nice touch.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay. Our host allowed an early check-in and the apartment was very clean. The exterior of the apartment complex has some peeling paint which was a bit of a surprise and made the value seem less.

Quick stay in Portland, ME

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and lovely 1st floor apt! Location was great for us, comfortable tv/living room area, having 2bathrooms was a bonus, and the beds were super comfy! Would highly recommend.

Great Stay

short 2 night stay but this property was exceptional. It’s very clean modern space and much larger than we expected. Location is pretty ideal for exploring with plenty of off street parking. Good restaurants close by and easy drive to most of what Portland has to offer. Communication was great with no issues. We would definitely stay here again and highly Recommend.

Great apartment in a great location

Our group had a great time, apartment had everything we needed, great parking, kitchen and baths were very nice, beds and air conditioning very good, close to bars, restaurants, all in all I highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot for a weekend trip with lots of people

We had to switch to the second-floor apartment instead, but the space was still perfect. Tons of room to sleep and two full bathrooms. Everyone got their won room so that was plenty of privacy and there was even an additional bed off the master that we didn't use. The house was definitely bustling with other visitors all weekend and was only a quick ride to everything downtown. Would definitely rent again.

Well-appointed Portland pad

Our family of six enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a good layout and 4 minutes away from downtown Portland, with other good restaurants within blocks.
