Be our guest and enjoy the beautiful views from this first floor unit located on the pool side of the A Building. You have views of the pool and the bay from your private balcony of Sun, Sand, and Vitamin Sea.

The owners recently purchased this lovely condo. Light, bright, and freshly painted, you will have that beach feel the minute you walk in. The condo is 490 sq. ft. and offers a king size bed.

Although we don't recommend cooking on vacation, this kitchen is equipped with a full size stove and has plenty of counter space. Basic cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware is provided.

This condo offers a flat screen TV in the living room and the bedroom. The owners also provide high speed WiFI access. We highly recommend "unplugging" and enjoying the pool, the beach, and soaking up all the Vitamin Sea you can!

This end of the beach does not have lifeguards so be extra watchful. The large container ships can cause an unexpected wake. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is a smoke-free complex. No smoking is allowed on the grounds or any of the common areas. This condo is also a non-smoking unit. You may smoke on the balcony and we ask that if you do so, please close the balcony door.

Apartment was very up to date, clean, and had good pool and beach access. Would definitely stay here again. Host communicated well and gave good instructions for getting into the apartment. Pool is deep for us tall people and that is very appreciated.

Very clean and well equipped condo. The location on Tybee is on the quieter side. The beach was nice. The only item not up to par was the TV in the bedroom which was very small and dated.

A quick weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Liked that the propoerty had direct access to the beach. Website wouldn't let us book for 2 nights, but the property manager made a manual adjustment. Thought the kitchen could be a little better stocked. They only had plastic plates and bowls. No basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil. We didn't cook in this stay, so not a big deal.

Very Cozy

Great little unit for the price

Clean, ground floor, easy access to beach, decent pool. We prefer the beach around the bend but it’s an easy enough bike ride or walk down the beach.

Love the condo

Good other than cleanliness

I tried to communicate my issues with management, with no reply. The floor, coffee pot, under the couch and dishes were very dirty! Other than that our stay was good and we liked the location. They need to do better on cleaning.

Tybee Trip

Had fun being so close to a non crowded beach. Air worked great and kept us cool. Being on bottom floor was a plus also and we could park right under our balcony most times. Water was hot and room was clean. We enjoyed it. Thank you!

A great little getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location and is so cute inside. The owners have thought of little things also like utensils, towels and washcloths, toilet paper, soap. We really enjoyed our stay. That being said, the blinds and screen door were broken on our arrival and we couldn’t use the screen door without it falling off the track completely- so we just didn’t use it. Also the pullout bed was not the most comfortable for my 13 year old (4 year old slept on it just fine) but it had a lump in it that made it a bit uncomfortable. Despite these couple things, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend anyone to stay here. The owner or manager Melba is very responsive and attentive to any needs that you may have and even messaged me first asking how our stay was going. I was highly impressed by that and then she also brought more washcloths by when I asked if that was possible. Overall a wonderful stay and so many great memories for our family were made.
