Your therapeutic retreat at Dune Therapy has everything you could want in an island vacation home! Just steps from the beach, private waterfall pool, , hot tub, corn hole, outside screened and covered bar with tv, and the list goes on!

This house has unique features, such as Spanish tile throughout the living room, kitchen, dining room and wood floors in bedrooms; a large screened in porch that has proven to be a favorite hangout for families to have meals, watch the big game or big race, with a bar and tv, tables and chairs and ceiling fans; large front porch with plenty of seating that wraps around the house, connecting to the screened in porch, making it a favorite spot to seek sunrises and toast sunsets, overlooking the pool to supervise the kids and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. From the front porch, you can also see dolphins in their playing glory.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with native Florida landscaping, plenty of parking and a house waiting to be enjoyed inside and out.

The main floor living area reveals gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico out of the front glass doors and windows. Also on the main floor are the well stocked kitchen with gas stove, large dining room, and a laundry room. The king master bedroom has a private bath with a jetted tub, large flat screen tv and sliding glass doors to the porch with Gulf views; a second king bedroom with large flat screen tv shares a roomy bathroom with a queen bedroom that has a flat screen tv and sliding glass doors to the porch with views of the Gulf.

The ground level provides a family suite, with its own access and is not connected to the upstairs accommodations. The suite sleeps up to 8 with a bunk room of 4, a large open room with a king bed and a daybed with trundle, large tv, bathroom, washer and dryer, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker.

Large gas grill and a park style charcoal grill are provided under the house where you will find a fish cleaning sink and counter, as well as additional bench seating.
Beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart are in the guest storage area under the house,

The island bike bath is just behind the house and just 5 blocks away you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops by a short walk, bike or golf cart.

Home is supplied with satellite and Wi-Fi.

This home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules)
