Beautiful condo with gorgeous river view

My wife and I just spent 3 wonderful months at this beautifully remodeled condo. You will love the open floor plan, with a spectacular new kitchen. The largest Island I have ever seen. It has all the necessities you will need for an extended stay, including full size washer and dryer. The furniture and beds are all in great shape, and very comfortable. The location is perfect. You can watch dolphins from the large lanai, watch osprey, hawks, and pelicans fly by (sometimes with fish in their claws or beaks). BTW, the river is about 3 miles across. You can either use the beautiful pool just steps out the door, or you are only 7 minutes from beautiful sand beaches at the ocean. Great restaurants near by, and you can stand on your front porch and watch rocket launches from both Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. (Almost 1 a week). Our host, Grace, could not have been better to deal with. She was in regular contact with us to make sure that we were happy, and that everything was working properly. The one issue we had was with the internet dropping out. She immediately contacted Spectrum and had a technician at the condo the next day. She is super nice to work with. It's a fun place with wonderful neighbors. We hope to be back depending on medical issues. You will not be sorry to rent this beautiful condo.

Another wonderful vacation!

This was our fifth year (2018) staying at this always fabulous condo. Once again, we enjoyed the magnificent sunrises, warm sea breezes and delicious fresh fish and seafood suppers on the balcony. There were several upgrades this year including new modular furniture, lighting, engineered flooring and a state of the art television. Our hosts, Jacques and Grace, make every effort to ensure that you will have a memorable vacation. We have stayed at many condos over the years but this one is head and shoulders above the others! We look forward to returning once again next year.

Another fabulous stay!

This was our 4th year staying at this always wonderful condo. We so look forward to leaving the snow behind and returning to this top notch condo. The owners are extremely easy and pleasant to work with and quick to respond to any small issues -which are extremely rare! We will return once again next year. This must surely be one of the best condo rentals in Cocoa Beach. You won't be disappointed!

Fabulous Beach-Front Condo

We have rented this condo for 4 years and each stay has been wonderful! The condo is beautifully appointed with every amenity. One of the bedrooms is also a den with desk for those of us who need to telecommute and do office work remotely. The view of the beach from the master bedroom sliding doors makes waking up a beautiful experience - and watching rocket launches, pelican fly-bys, sunrises and crashing waves is the BEST from the balcony. We love the area because it provides an abundance of opportunities for walking,dining, golf, sight-seeing, and entertainment. You can't go wrong with this one!

Gorgeous views!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrises and the cruise ships coming in and going out. Got to see a rocket take off at night from NASA. Enjoyed seeing the sunsets over the river in the evening. A beautiful place to be for the month of January.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

We love staying here every year! The condo is beautifully decorated and provides a wonder place for us to rest and relax. We love the view of the beach especially in the evenings! The balcony is a great place for breakfast or dinner. The beds are so comfortable. We have friends who stay in other condos in this complex and they have all said that this condo is the best because of the updates, furnishings and decorations. The owners are wonderful and make sure we have everything we need. They have become like family to us. If looking for a place to stay in Cocoa Beach, this is the place!

Always a Wonderful Experience!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo for three years and have signed up for a fourth! The owners are most gracious hosts and eager to make your stay pleasant. We enjoy opening the bedroom slider to listen to the ocean as we sleep. Beautiful sunrises greet us to a new day when we awake. We often have breakfast on the deck as we watch flocks of pelicans fly close by and swoop down over the ocean looking for a meal. The condo is very luxuriously appointed and has all of the needed amenities, as well as a wonderful office/den/TV room with large screen TV. The pool, hot tub and beach all offer great experiences when the weather is nice. The residents of the condo complex are accepting and friendly. There are opportunities to watch rocket launchings from Cape Canaveral, cruise ship sailings, and shrimp fishing boats right from the deck. Bring your binoculars! We like the Cocoa Beach-Canaveral area for its many restaurants and love to visit the Cocoa Beach Pier. Merritt Island and Cocoa Village are very close by for extended shopping and dining experiences. Not too far down A1A there are places to rent kayaks and canoes, and areas where one can watch manatees linger in lagoons and inland waterways. This is just a beautiful condo with many, many advantages.

Fabulous Beach Experience

We loved out very first stay at this beautiful direct oceanfront condo. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is great for preparing meals. We enjoyed the magnificent sunrises and sunsets and watching the cruise ships leave in the afternoon. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. Another fabulous vacation at this condo

This was our second year staying at this condo and we enjoyed it every bit as much as our first stay. The direct ocean view is priceless and the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the table which easily accommodates 4 people. The furnishings are very comfortable, from the high quality living room sofas to the beds in both bedrooms. We went biking every morning and appreciated being able to store our bikes in the secure garage along with our car. The new Tommy Bahama beach chairs were a great addition this year. The owners are just a phone call away should you need them. We can't imagine staying anywhere else and have already booked for next year!

Fantastic Vacation Condo

We are yearly returnees and are planning again to vacation to this fabulous condo next year. The owners are extremely gracious, greeting us each year as we arrive with assurances that we should call about anything we need that is not available. The condo is very luxuriously appointed and lacks nothing in the way of amenities, including the availability of beach chairs, mats and cart. There is a panoramic view of the ocean across the entire east end of the condo. From the master bedroom we watch the sun rise in the morning and the waves roll in on the beach. We have coffee on the balcony as the pelicans swoop by in groups hunting for their morning meal. In the mornings we walk the beach and the avenue. There are several breakfast venues within walking distance and we can walk to the grocery store, nail parlor, etc. One of the bedrooms accommodates anyone who has to get a bit of office work done while away. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are delightful and the beach is clean, quiet and inviting. There are several golf courses within a half-hour's drive. Opportunities for deep sea fishing and kayaking are close by, and there are two air-boat ride venues within 45 minutes' drive. When there is a rocket launch at the Cape, it can be viewed easily from the balcony or the beach. And if you've never visited Cape Canaveral, it's an easy drive up there for a very educational day! So many restaurants are within a short drive-either in Cocoa Beach or at Port Canaveral that it's sometimes difficult to make a choice. A number of these have early-bird or two-for-one specials, as well. We highly recommend this condo- it's just first rate!

This 6th floor condo is beautiful, clean & comfortable. Beautifully furnished with a gorgeous direct ocean front views from the balcony. The owners were terrific to work with, friendly, timely communication and very accommodating. All the amenities you could want in a condo: tableware, linens, washer & dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and more. Also easy access to a quiet stretch of beach and a beautiful pool. We would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Beach Home for a Family Vacation

We had an absolutely amazing vacation staying in this beach condo! Everything the listing states to describe this beach condo is completely accurate as well as the photos. It is a beautiful condo with incredible views. My wife and I loved sitting on the balcony in the evening that faces the ocean. The furnishings are beautiful and the condo has been completely updated. The owners were wonderful to work with and made sure we were well taken care of and were available should we needed anything. We felt right at home and was able to relax and enjoy time with our kids during our month stay. The location is perfect with the Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and grocery store very close by. We enjoyed watching rockets launch from the space center during our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return next year!

Paradise in Cocoa Beach!

We have been visiting Cocoa Beach for many years and have rented several condos. We lucked upon the listing for this condo and decided to rent it for April 2014. Our knowledge of the area and the photos of the condo led us to expect quality home away from home type accommodations. However, the condo surpassed our expectations. It was a piece of paradise! The condo is exquisitely decorated and spotless. The furnishings are of high quality including the mattresses which will guarantee you hours of tranquil sound sleep. Opening the patio doors at night allows you to drift off to sleep with the relaxing sound of the waves. The gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is well equipped and spacious. We very much appreciated breakfasts and suppers on the balcony table which comfortably sits 4 people. The direct ocean view is priceless! Although we preferred watching the cruiseships and fishing boats pass by, for those who are so inclined, the condo is equipped with 3 televisions including a large screen Smart TV with a large selection of programming. We especially appreciated the free calling to Canada as we needed to keep in touch with family and work. As soon as you drive into the complex you can't help but notice the well groomed and maintained property. We were impressed with the facilities available at the complex (pool, sauna, tennis courts, small library) as well as the helpfulness of the both the complex secretary and the maintenance person. The owners have decorated their condo with pride and undertake to ensure that you the renter enjoy the premises as much as they have over the years. They are easy to contact and if any problems do arise, they are quick to find a solution. If you ask, they will give you helpful tips to make your vacation unforgettable. We would highly recommend this vacation rental...we have already confirmed for next year and hope to rent it in the years to come!

Elegant Ocean-Front Condo has all of the amenities, wonderful landlords and fantastic location.

This was our second year staying at this property. The condo is ultra clean, carefully maintained, and beautifully decorated and appointed. The pictures in the listing are accurate. There are fabulous ocean-front views from both the master bedroom and the living room. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with new, stainless-steel appliances. The den with large flat-screen TV, very comfortable furniture, and an office desk allows for entertainment as well as away-from-home work in a comfortable surrounding. The beach and complex pool are very convenient. The location is central to just about any activity-sunbathing, water sports, golf, dining out - its proximity to the Canaveral eateries is especially desirable. In addition, the residents of the complex are friendly and the owners could not be more pleasant and accommodating. They are always concerned that everything about the condo is functioning properly and fulfilling a renter's needs, while at the same time asking that the renter treat the property with the respect it deserves.

Fabulous condo!

This condo has the best location with beautiful views. We watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Wide beach, beautiful pool, convenient to great dining and shopping. Best furnishings of any condo we have rented. My wife was particularly pleased with the fact that the kitchen was fully supplied with large and small appliances and everything she needed to prepare and serve meals (even though we dined out often). Garage with new beach chairs and beach cart a bonus.

Perfect Snowbird Vacation

We were fortunate to find a beautiful home in a friendly building for our winter stay in Cocoa Beach. Upon our arrival, we met the owners of the condo and were given a detailed tour of what was to be our cozy and comfortable home for the following months. From the balcony you have a direct view of the ocean and beach and its constantly interesting sights of birds, fishing boats, cruise ships, and much more. The condo has a very updated kitchen, and comfortable and relaxing furnishings throughout. We were within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and other shops and stores. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It had great furniture/decorations and nice, new appliances for our use. The nice TV's and internet access were a plus! The view from the balcony was exquisite. The pool was great for when we wanted to cool off, yet we could walk onto the beach in seconds. The private beach access made for a great place to set up our things and relax, but also allowed us to walk the beach in any direction. The owners were very helpful in preparing us for the trip and did a great job accurately describing the place. Publix was located right across the street and restaurant/shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend staying at this property as we hope to come back again soon!

working vacation

We stayed at 603 Windrush for the month of June. It was our first stay beachside for an extended amount of time. The condo and it's location are ideal. You are close to the "action" but not sitting in the middle of tourists. The beach has no public access so it feels like a private beach every day. The condo had the four things most necessary for a fantastic stay....great bed, great shower, nice TV's and a beautiful kitchen. It truly felt like home away from home. We will certainly be staying again. Thank you!

Vacation in paradise

We were very pleased with the condo, it was everything the pictures showed and more. The unit had all the amenities which made for a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. The views from the deck were awesome. It was conveniently located close to grocery shopping, stores and attractions. The unit is a security building which is a nice feature in such a busy area. The unit was clean and well maintained. as was the pool area. The owners were very helpful prior to our visit and kept in contact in case we needed anything. We would definitely go back to this unit and would recommend to our friends.
