Top Floor Ocean Condo - Superbe vue sur la plage!

Cape Winds 505 appartient fièrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Entièrement rénové avec un style cool et confortable à l’esprit, ce condo offre une vue imprenable sur l’océan, au dernier étage, depuis le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine à concept ouvert.

Le balcon privé a une table haute et 4 chaises, de sorte que vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de la vue imprenable et le son des vagues.

Descendez du balcon dans le salon spacieux doté d'une télévision intelligente de 65 pouces et d'un canapé-lit.

La cuisine est dotée de toutes nouvelles armoires et comptoirs de quartz gris tempête pour ceux qui aiment regarder.

La salle à manger à aire ouverte comprend une table avec 6 chaises pour prendre vos repas ensemble.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, télévision, salle de bain et placard. La chambre a un nouveau lit à panneaux queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, télévision et placard.

L'unité dispose également de wifi gratuit, parking, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité et des serviettes de plage, des chaises et des jouets.

Cape Winds est un magnifique complexe qui a des commodités pour toute la famille. Installez-vous dans la grande piscine, reposez-vous dans le bain à remous ou faites du sport sur les courts de tennis et de basket-ball. Il y a une courte promenade à côté du complexe pour se rendre à la plage de sable blanc - vous ne pourriez pas être plus près !! Le complexe est situé à 3,2 km au nord de la jetée de Cocoa Beach et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et attractions. Le centre spatial Kennedy, Disney, Brevard Zoo et les centres commerciaux Outlet sont des excursions faciles. L'aéroport international d'Orlando est à 72 km.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had everything we needed. Great view, clean, staff was great. Only thing we had to do was buy our food, everything else was supplied.

I always enjoy staying at Cape Winds resort, whether it's a fun trip with my girlfriends or a romantic trip with my husband. Nothing beats that direct oceanfront balcony! The folks who work at Happy Palms are always available for any questions and are ALWAYS extremely helpful. Love it here!

It’s all about the view!

Gorgeous sunrises and relaxing condo! Great area in Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to several restaurants and a Publix grocery store nearby. Nice family vibe area.

Family Shore Vacation

The view was amazing and the location was great. Access to the beach was very convenient and we took advantage of every moment we could on the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great beach vacation. Management team was great at communicating all through the process.

Great Vacation Cocoa Beach

Loved our stay at Cape Wind. Had a wonderful view of the ocean. Watching the cruise ships coming and going. Was able to walk to pier and shopping close by. Also saw a rocket launch from beach out front of condo. Condo met all our needs. Will definitely return to 505.

Cape Winds Stay

Had an amazing stay at Cape Winds! Beautiful ocean views that cannot be beat and beach access just steps away! The unit was clean upon arrival with no trace of any previous guests. And with many bonus amenities including a pool, hot tub, and even tennis courts you will not get bored. All Stay in Cocoa Beach employees were a pleasure to work with and ensured my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Can't wait to book through them again!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic. Getting around Cape Canaveral was easy. Close to other attractions. We loved coffee on the patio and impromptu walks on the beach. Apartment was very clean. Had almost everything we needed. Beach gear could be refreshed. Umbrella and one of the chairs was pretty rusty. Also loved the pickleball courts!

Rest and Relaxation

This was not our first time staying at this condo and it again met all our needs. Was quiet and the beach is unmatched. We love having the pool for the kids who don’t love the ocean swimming as much. The rooms are large and we had lots of space as a young family. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony! Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I really appreciated the beach supplies that were provided. It kept us from having to pack and travel with so much extra. One of the beach chairs was actually broken and they quickly dropped a new one off to us! Easy access to the beach! I also loved how close everything was. One mile from Cocoa Beach pier and lots of shopping and restaurants. We also got to watch two rockets launch right from our beach!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Will Book Again!

Great top floor unit with amazing sunrise views. Very short walk to the beach, with perfect views of ships coming in and out of the port. Management company is incredibly responsive to your needs. We had a defective coffee maker on the first morning and Kelsy replaced it almost immediately. If I could give this experience 10 stars, I would.

Gorgeous ocean front view!

Condo was beachy but not over the top, clean, and had all basic items needed. We were unaware that construction noise starts at 8am and goes all day until approximately 6pm. And, the pool would be closed during those same hours. We may rent this condo again if the construction is completed.

Nice unit

Very nice unit with great views and easy access to the beach. A couple of things that could improve: It could use a couple of pans, and the king size bed was way too soft and bouncy for my taste. The couch and the sofa in the living room can use a deep cleaning.

The location was perfect! Shampoo, conditioner and body were supplied. As well as cleaning products. We had a wonderful time and hope to return. Condo was very clean and you can’t bet the view.

Great Oceanfront Condo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo was updated, clean and well furnished with everything you would need. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool which was nice. We also appreciated the covered parking area. We highly recommend!

Our stay

The outside of property was well maintained, it had a nice pool, and great views. Our room was outdated and dirty. It could use a good cleaning and paint.
