Central air and WiFi throughout with Nest thermostat for each floor. Large enclosed backyard with patio and seating ( 3 lounge chairs, 4 deck chairs, picnic table with benches ) outdoor shower, gas grill, umbrella fresh herbs for cooking and best of all a 15’x32’ saltwater cleansed heated pool.

Guests have access to entire property set on 1/2 acre with exception of attic. Please note there are 3 steps at both front and rear entrance to home.
