Beautiful garden home condo in True Blue Resort with all the features of home. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry room and a relaxing back patio make this condo stand out from the rest! Enjoy a day on the True Blue golf course or one of the many nearby courses, drive just 4 miles to the award-winning Pawley's Island beach and come back to complete comfort with a 70 inch smart TV in the living room. Beautiful vaulted ceilings mean no one is on a floor above you. This resort offers tennis and pickleball courts and pool amenities. During the summer, you can choose from several pool areas to lounge around.
The beautiful one floor home has a large master bedroom and private bath. Second bedroom has queen bed with private bath and third bedrrom has twin beds with a shared bathroom. Washer & dryer located in the unit near the kitchen. Private screend in back porch and outdoor patio with a grill! There is also a small garage attached to the home with outdoor sink. Great storage for your extras, like beach chairs, golf clubs, bikes, fishing poles, strollers, etc.
We offer a keyless door entry so no need for registration upon arrival.
*Dog friendly for an additional $175 fee, processed closer to the time of stay.
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
