Pool & Spa:

Indulge in relaxation with our heated spa and pool, available for your enjoyment throughout your stay. For a truly personalized experience, take advantage of optional heating for the pool and spa. The desert evenings are magical, and with our pool heating options, you can extend your aquatic pleasure. Please note that pool heating must be pre-ordered and paid in advance.

Family-Friendly Neighborhood:

Respectful of the tranquility of our family-oriented neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise after 10 pm. The City of Coachella does have a noise ordinance and it is enforced.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from dishes and cups to wine glasses and essential cookware.

Smart Lock & Security:

For your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart lock, and you will receive a unique code for the duration of your stay.

Enjoy ample on-site parking, including a 2-car garage and 3 additional spots in the driveway. Street parking is also available when needed.

Important Details:

Brand new heated pool and jacuzzi, built in September 2022.

Trash day is Fridays, so please pull bins out on Thursday night.

Tuesday is street sweeping day (avoid street parking, the city will fine you).

Thursday evening is landscaping maintenance.

Pool maintenance occurs on Wednesday and Saturday.

POOL HEATING AND JACUZZI
FREE FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER 2025

The jacuzzi can only be turned on in 3-hour intervals — 3 hours on, 3 hours off.

Pool and Spa heating available until 10 PM only.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am every day, but please be respectful of noise at all times. We have full-time neighbors that should be able to enjoy their homes as much as you want to enjoy ours. You will be responsible for paying any fines incurred by breaking these rules.

- Music outside is welcome, we want you to enjoy! But it must be kept at a reasonable level at all times so that our neighbors cannot hear your music in their yards.

- We price the house to accommodate smaller groups as well as larger ones so there is an Extra Person Charge of $30 per person per night over 4 guests.

- Only well trained small pets are allowed at the property or pets that do not shed a lot of hair, there is and additional fee for pets which is $50. If we find, any damages in the property because of the pet in addition of cost will be adding depending of the type of the damages.
