Beach Vibes - 3 pools, fast wifi, smart TV, self check-in, gated community

Located in the heart of Destin, this ground-floor 2-bedroom condo is just minutes to dining, shopping, Harborwalk Village, water park, go-karts, and other attractions. The condo is located in a gated community with 3 pools, a lake full of turtles and ducks, tennis courts, and a laundry facility. The space offers a queen bed in each bedroom, high speed wifi, 55" smart TV, full kitchen, and a large private patio.

The condo has been tastefully decorated in a relaxed bohemian style with a slight mid-century influence. All furniture, mattresses, linens, and kitchen utensils were purchased brand new in Nov 2021.

As you enter the condo, you'll find a cozy living room arrangement with chaise sofa, swiveling accent chair, and ottoman. This is where you'll relax and recover after a day at the beach or shopping. Here you'll be entertained by a 55" smart TV with basic cable. Feel free to sign in to your preferred streaming service. Just remember to sign out before you leave!

The dining area, with room for four, overlooks the large ground-floor patio. The patio faces south and offers views and sunshine all day long, perfect for coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. A clever hedgerow provides ample privacy. If you've never experienced a Destin sunrise or sunset, you must spend a morning or evening on this patio.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking, including dishes, glasses, silverware, bakeware, ceramic pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker. Coffee drinkers can choose between a Keurig, a standard drip coffee maker, or a pour over dripper. You'll also find an electric kettle for hot water.

Both bedrooms are easily accessible from the living and kitchen areas, and both are adjacent to the bathroom. Each bedroom features a queen bed, linen sheets and shams, and plenty of pillows. Both mattresses were replaced with brand new memory foam mattresses in Nov 2021. All four nightstands have an electrical source nearby, making it easy to charge devices overnight. Both bedrooms also have luggage racks with built-in laundry hampers. One bedroom has a closet and the other has a freestanding closet system.

In the bathroom you'll find a large vanity mirror and shower/tub with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. For minor injuries, a first aid kit is kept in a vanity drawer. The condo is stocked with towels and other essentials.

Self check-in is a breeze using my detailed instructions and automated door lock, allowing you to access the condo immediately upon arrival. Three days before your arrival, I will send you entry codes and check-in information, including detailed instructions and videos demonstrating gate access, building location, parking, and using the front door keypad.

Your unique door code will be active for the duration of your stay and will expire at check-out. You'll have access to the entire condo as well as community amenities such as the lake, three pools, tennis courts, and a laundry facility.
