Condo was clean, photos were up to date. The bed was very comfortable we had a very nice stay. All three swimming pools on the property were clean and well maintained. We had an issue with a kitchen appliance and the host had a new one on the door step in less than two hours. We were very happy with our stay would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family friendly condo

Perfect and convenient

Perfect place! Full kitchen, laundry in unit, beach umbrella came in handy. Centrally located to everything. No more than 15 minute drive to beaches, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Highly recommend.

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful time with access to the pools and the condo was wonderful. Was a little tricky finding access to the beach but overall it was a wonderful time.

Destin getaway

Perfect location to all we wanted to do! The condo had everything we needed. Our only complaints were the bed and the noisy people upstairs which is out of anyone’s control.

Perfect family friendly condo

This was a fabulous stay. The condo was well stocked. Our 4 children loved the pac man game, board games, and pool. The host Jennifer was fabulous with communication. Checked on us to make sure everything was how it should be and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely be coming back.

Rental experience and property stay

The condo was amazing. Very clean, close to nearly every attraction, with was a plus, my kids didn't want to leave the house and Florida. Beside the little things that weren't under our control, we really enjoyed our stay at the house and would stay again. By the way the owners were awesome, they checked on us and made sure everything went smoothly.

Its not an iguana!

Very cute condo. Easily accessible and all the amenities to make a family trip simple. Located near great restaurants, shopping, amazing donuts at parlor. Backdoor is close by as well. Really quiet with 3 nice pools very close by. Super easy transaction and had zero issues. For whatever reason the squirrels had a nack for posing flat to the ground with their heads up high and my family really laughed when i swore they were iguanas. Maybe it was dark, maybe it wasnt :)

Room was great

Overall property consists of multiple buildings with multiple rooms in each building. Exterior of overall properties needs some attention but the interior of this room was great. Managers were great and extremely helpful.

Family birthday trip

We booked this trip for the intention of celebrating my 30th birthday. I chose this specific property because it offered everything for my kids that way we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything extra. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of entertainment inside and outside of the property. The hosts were great with communicating when changes appeared. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Best Place to Stay in Destin!

Clean and close to beaches, 3 great pools, and a lake on property. Quiet, first floor property big grassy area for kids to play in. Everything is nice and new. Everything you need for the beach and pool. Beach chairs and umbrella, towels, buckets, floats, noodles, sand toys and crab nets. You don’t have to bring a thing. So many throw blankets it’s like home. Beds were all very comfortable! Comfy couches, Great air conditioning. We found that the pools were open until 1am most nights if you kept your volume down. This is a complex with local residents and not a place for parties so it’s great for quiet nights and good sleep for families. They even provide sound machines in the rooms which we used and loved to replicate the sound of our box fans from home. Anytime we needed the owners they were just a message away. Check in was so perfect and easy. No hiccups were encountered. This place was a dream with dreamy owners. You won’t be disappointed here.

Destin Beach

We enjoyed our stay and the room was really well maintained. This was our first time booking not beach front property. I will say the down side listing says amenities that it has a hot tub there was no hot tub anywhere. The closest public beach access is at least a 20 min walk so with kids that was terrible. We did end up renting a golf cart to make this easier but note you can not drive golf cart on hwy 98 you must use back roads. Other then that our stay was really good. The kids had a blast. The pool does close at 9 pm for cleaning but if they are not adding chemicals to it they allow you to stay in the pool as long as you want if your quiet. We did try and fish out of the water on the property but there is over 100 turtles which I think may have eaten all the fish we didn't get one nibble. But we did manage to hook a turtle. The condo owners was very responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. The kids enjoyed the arcade game in the condo. They also allow you to bring your four leg friends which for us is a must. Overall it was a decent trip.
