Unit 118 is a ground floor studio condo with a stunning ocean view from the private balcony. Up to 3 guests can enjoy this unit, with a Queen bed and twin futon. The cozy gas fireplace, walk-in shower and large windows make this a stylish and comfortable stay, and the fully stocked kitchenette has full-sized appliances for cooking meals after exploring the beach from our easy nearby access. Explore many attractions around or use the pool to relax and play, making the perfect vacation!

The Space:
Unit 118 is a ground floor studio condo with a stunning ocean view from the private balcony. Up to 3 guests can enjoy this unit, with a Queen bed and twin futon. The cozy gas fireplace, walk-in shower, and large windows make this a stylish and comfortable stay, and the fully stocked kitchenette has full-sized appliances for cooking meals after exploring the beach from our easy nearby access. Explore many attractions around or use the pool to relax and play, making the perfect vacation!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The location and views from the studio are amazing. The unit had everything we needed to cook while on our trip. The pool and jacuzzi and located indoors and have a view of the ocean from the pool.

The bed was very comfy and the view was amazing. The jets in the hot tub weren’t working which was disappointing. Otherwise basic amenities in place. Helpful that the manager called ahead to let me know about fresh paint on the entry wall.

Water pressure in the shower is poor. Very difficult to wash hair ! if that can be turned up that would be great. Everything else was great. :)

Clean, appliances were in working order, beds comfortable. We did not use pool and hot tub. Pool was small. We prefer a different video experience--news, sports, access to networks.The oven was not clean--looked like someone made pizza that left cheese on the rack.

D Sands, while dated, is well kept. The location is ideal for beach access and wave watching. There are several quality restaurants within walking distance. The management staff provided excellent communications to make our stay stress free and relaxing!

40th Anniversary

Loved the room. Only issue we had was that maintenance was spraying bird poop off the roofs and the water drained on our balcony so that we couldn't sit out on it and watch the ocean waves. Very disappointing

Awesome

This condo was perfect for the two of us. I liked the fact there was a kitchen, and a shower instead of a tub. It was relaxing to hear the waves from the ocean.The only hiccup was when the deadbolt got stuck and we weren't able to go out on the deck, however, maintenance came and fixed it. We would definitely reserve it again.

Spring break

Great location and was generally quiet even though we had guests staying above us. The TV was challenging. Perhaps instructions for those of us who are technically challenged would help. We arrived at 3:55pm and couldn’t enter until 4:00 which wasn’t a big deal. Just be aware that 4:00 means exactly 4:00 check in. We’d definitely return.

This is a cute room with a nice kitchen setup and amazing ocean views. The only issue with this room was that the floor was sticky and when we washed it there was quite a lot of dirt leaving the paper towels black. The fireplace mantel had not been dusted. These small improvements would make my rating a full 5 starts. Good value and excellent location.

It was everything we hoped for

The building was right on the beach, we had a covered parking space right in front of the entry door and great view from balcony and windows. It was exactly like the listing. Very clean and even smelled clean. Lots of cooking items and supplies in the kitchen. Extra bedding also available . We were extremely happy with our relaxing stay. Lincoln City is a real inviting community and the beaches are amazing. Hopefully we will get to have a repeat visit.

20th Anniversary stay

Room was clean. Bedspread had holes in it. Both doors allowed the wind to blow thru room. Parking was challenging. Water pressure bad, little hot water for showers.
