Sleeping up to 2 on a comfortable Queen bed, Unit 119 offers ground floor convenience with an incredible ocean-view balcony and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Warm up with a cozy gas fireplace after exploring the beach from our private beach access staircase, or play in the HOA provided pool. If that isn't enough, enjoy a delicious oceanfront dining experience with a fully stocked kitchenette boasting full-sized appliances and a dining table. Relax and play here at the D Sands!

The Space:
Sleeping up to 2 on a comfortable Queen bed, Unit 119 offers ground floor convenience with an incredible ocean-view balcony and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Warm up with a cozy gas fireplace after exploring the beach from our private beach access staircase, or play in the HOA provided pool. If that isn't enough, enjoy a delicious oceanfront dining experience with a fully stocked kitchenette boasting full-sized appliances and a dining table. Relax and play here at the D Sands!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Beach access is wonderful. Loved the private terrace with the comfy Adirondack chairs. Not a fan of recliners (which this unit had in place of a sofa or arm chairs). Need to figure out cord situation—a rat’s nest of cords and power strips. Definitely detracts from chain of the room.

Easy check-in, friendly assistance in the reception office, and a well-appointed space for two adults looking to enjoy a calm and peaceful Oregon coast getaway. Easy walk to restaurant next door with great food and an ocean view, or walk in the other direction to do some shopping at the outlets. Either way, this spot is an excellent choice.

Long weekend on the Oregon coast

My daughter and family dog and I enjoyed our daily walks on the beach. Easy beach access and close to restaurants and stores. We did a nearby hike to The Knoll with an ocean view at the peak. The room had a full kitchen which allowed us to cook and reheat meals. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. Great place we would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Get-away

Although the condo was a bit small (one room), we had everything we needed. The best part was the view. Our trip's major goal was to relax and we reached our goal. There's nothing like listening to the waves crash against the beach as the sun goes down. Just beware of the small parking spaces. Luckily we left the big truck at home.

Beautiful ocean and and rugged mountains

The Oregon coast is absolutely gorgeous. Love driving around and seeing all the sites. We also really enjoyed driving through the Tillamook Forest and we did that last year, but went to a different part of the Oregon Coast. D Sands was a great location. The Studio condo we stayed in was ok but not very clean and our balcony was absolutely filthy and kind of nasty. We had absolutely no problems there, and if we were to stay in the area We would probably consider staying at the D Sands again in a larger unit but it in a one bedroom With a conversation prior about cleanliness, condition of property, and the condition of Balcony And make sure prior that everything was properly working.

Perfect for what I needed

I was taking a little solo trip and just wanted something with a great view and beach access right on the water, which is exactly what this was. I loved sitting on the deck and just watching and listening to the waves. The bed was very comfy and the place had everything I needed.

Very cute little place with an amazing view! Great access to the beach and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and bars. We also loved The Beach Club and the crab shack. Highly recommend!!

Awesome View

Loved the view of the ocean. You can’t get any closer! It’s a great beach to scout out. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen area was nice to have. It’s hard to view the ocean while sitting in the deck chairs and looking through the railing, but it was no big deal. The view is still spectacular. It is an older establishment, so set your expectations accordingly. It was a great location and makes for a nice little getaway. Only suggestions we had were to improve the shower head, clean the glass to the fireplace, and maybe tuck the tv wires behind it. These things were minor so I don’t want it sound negative, because it’s a great place and we would easily come back again!
