Unit 201 is a privately owned one bedroom, one bathroom condo with plenty of space for up to 4. Enjoy incredible ocean views through the wall of windows or the balcony, as well as a convenient fully stocked kitchenette and full-sized appliances.The King bed in the bedroom and the Queen Murphy bed in the living room offer options for guests, and the walk-in shower is a great bathroom feature. Our central location and easy beach access help make the most of your time away from home!

The Space:
Unit 201 is a privately owned one bedroom, one bathroom condo with plenty of space for up to 4. Enjoy incredible ocean views through the wall of windows or the balcony, as well as a convenient fully stocked kitchenette and full-sized appliances.The King bed in the bedroom and the Queen Murphy bed in the living room offer options for guests, and the walk-in shower is a great bathroom feature. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Wonderful location right on the Beach

We ready enjoyed our stay at D Sands Rentals. Everything was clean and welcoming. The room was just right for us, and my kids absolutely loved being able to just walk to the beach.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful view. Centrally located. Easy beach access. Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Effortless check in and check out. I would highly recommend. We plan on definitely coming back!

The view is great and the super easy beach access cannot be beat! Other than the carpet and deck, the unit was very clean. However, the carpet was badly and widely stained, lumpy and had spots that felt slightly sticky. Leaning against the deck railing got my pants really dirty-didn’t appear to have been wiped down in quite some time. 2 chairs were broken. We appreciated plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper products, coffee and dish washing supplies. While the view is terrific, the terrible carpet and other problems were difficult to overlook.

I have stayed at D Sands many times over the years. This last visit was somewhat disappointing. First on a positive note the new shower was a very nice update and much better than the old tub/shower combo. Suggestions on improvements follow: 1) clean bird poop off of deck as well as deck furniture. Furniture actually needs to be replaced. 2) More glassware needed in kitchen. Only one wine glass? Really? 3)Sofa smelled like sweaty person. Maybe fabreze needed? 4)A spare blanket would have been a nice touch. 5)Outside door handle came off when entering. I was able to slip it back on but doubtful it will stay long. These comments are made with the best intentions. If you aren't aware you make improvements.
