Welcome to the Palm Springs Deluxe Rentals which has been freshly remodeled and professionally designed in order to ensure your stay to be an absolute experience like none other. Being only 5 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, this trip will be one to remember!

The front of the home boasts a grand, dual modern gated entrance which leads to a stone walkway to the front door where your magical trip will take place.

Palm Springs law states that any unreasonable noise disturbances and disorderly conduct (Municipal Code 5.25.070(f)) and any music audible at or past properly lines even during the day (Municipal Code 5.25.070 (g)) is a violation of the Vacation Rental Ordinance. This will result in a fine of $500 to the registered renter.

Throughout May-October, the pool can be enjoyed without heating; however, if you were interesting in heating the pool, please let me know 12 hours in advance since the pool takes time to heat.

. Spa heating: Free

Please refrain from tampering with the pool equipment. I will be notified through the pool wifi app if temperatures or levers get rearranged. If you want the spa on, contact me and I will happily turn it on. Any tampering will result in a fine listed in the home rules.

We care about being outstanding members of the community and abiding by local rules. With that being said, music and loud noises past property lines is not allowed at ANY TIME of the day. The city is very strict on noise levels and if police gets dispatched, they will give a ticket to the registered renter and require their government ID without any warning.

IF NOISE COMPLAINTS, OVER OCCUPANCY, OR CONTRACT VIOLATIONS OCCUR, OR IF LAW ENFORCEMENT IS DISPATCHED TO PROPERTY DUE TO DISTURBANCES OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, GUEST AND ALL OCCUPANTS ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN. CITY FINES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE REGISTERED GUEST.

Nick was an awesome host. The property is a perfect destination for a family vacation. Nick checked in with us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during the stay. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance as well. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a family holiday. The pool and putting green were the highlight for my grandkids. Property has everything. Nicholas was always available for questions and help.

Great place for a getaway with friends!

The property was clean, entertaining and located in the perfect spot in downtown Palm Springs. We had such a great time in the pool and with the mini golf green, and nighttime was perfect to go inside to the air conditioning and. Are use of the game room. 10/10 would stay again! Great property for the price.

Fun home for all ages

We rented this property for a week and really enjoyed our stay. We had five children with us ranging from 9 years old to 15. They enjoyed the various activities that were available at the house when we were not out and about exploring. The outdoor space is fantastic. The only negative, I would say was the fact that the home continuously had planes flying into or out of the airport. It was a bit loud, but on the other hand, it was pretty cool to see the planes so close. The property owner was great with communicating!

Great house!

We had a wonderful time at this property in Palm Springs. It is in a great location, so close to downtown. The house was clean and modern. Our kids loved the game room, the putting green, and, of course, the pool! Our main reason for coming to Palm Springs was to visit Joshua Tree National Park, which was an easy 40 minute drive away. It was nice to come back to this house to rest and relax after all that hiking! We ate at a Trio Restaurant in downtown, and it was SO good. Totally recommend. I would suggest adding Kleenex boxes in bathrooms, a few more hand towels, and bedside lamps in the master bedroom. Other than that, we loved our stay! Thanks so much!

Booked this property for a Thanksgiving and birthday family getaway. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Kids loved the game room and pool. Adults loved the kids staying busy in the game room and pool. Would definitely rent again.
