Perfect beach vacation home
The home was very clean and well kept. The location was very ideal, close walking distance to the beach, close to a lot of good restaurants, it was quite at night. We also got to bring our fur babies which was a plus with a reasonable pet fee.

Pleasant, clean and peaceful - near beach
The house is near beach, pet-friendly in very quiet area, clean and accurately listed as a two-bedroom, with sofa-bed in living room. The well-maintained very large yard offered plenty of free parking space for our three cars. The yard was well-maintained, with freshly mowed grass, plenty outdoor furniture, corn hole game and grill were a great addition.
We had the chance to visit a fascinating open house across the street (worth two million dollars), which was also fun. We also enjoyed multiple TV subscriptions.
The property manager was responsive and polite, enhancing our overall experience.

Tropical paradise near emerald ocean
Our recent stay at the BlueBeachDoor property was absolutely incredible. The host provided outstanding services, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire visit. The house was impeccably clean, and the host stocked it with all kinds of supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the effective bug control measures that made my stay bug-free both indoors and outdoors. The highlight was the beautiful picnic table and ample outdoor furniture, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings and 18-mile long bicycle path. The spacious closets provided ample storage space, making it easy to unpack and settle in. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable vacation. We can't wait to return in the future.

This condo was beautiful and very clean. However, it was listed as a 3 bedroom and is only two. The pictures were gorgeous but when we arrived the yard had not been mowed and the owners car was parked in the drive which meant we didn’t have enough parking. There was also construction across the road which was not mentioned in the email prior to arrival. The manager was quick to answer questions and polite but we will not be booking this townhouse again.

We'd like to address the concerns you raised about the bedroom configuration. The listing clearly specifies that the third bed is located in the living area downstairs and is a sofa bed, ensuring transparency for all our guests. Therefore the clarity in the bedroom configuration was present in the listing at the time of your booking, followed up by our request to confirm the additional sleeping arrangements for a party more than 5 guests.
Regarding the yard maintenance, we intentionally leave the grass uncut during this uneasy for everyone heatwave season to support the local wildlife, especially the wild deer that frequent the area. We understand that this might be different from what some guests are used to, and we thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. This also was communicated to you in our welcome message.
As for the construction across the street, we regret any inconvenience it may have caused during your stay. We always strive to provide our guests with a serene environment to relax and enjoy their vacation. While the construction was not within our control and we are not aware of the estimated completion date, we do know there is work is happening only during the day while guests are enjoying the beach. We apologize for any disturbance you may have experienced.
Regarding parking, our property offers a spacious lot that can comfortably accommodate up to four cars, and it was enough space for three of your cars. We do encourage guests to inform us in advance about their parking needs, and we are more than happy to make suitable arrangements to accommodate them.
Your feedback is highly valuable to us, and it serves as an opportunity for continuous improvement. We are committed to ensuring that all our future guests have a memorable and pleasant stay at our "Blue Beach Door" house.

A Tropical Oasis with nice Perks!
This vacation home exceeded all my expectations! The tropical design immediately transported me to a serene paradise, and every corner of the house radiated relaxation.
The generous perks made my stay unforgettable. The hosts' complimentary early check-in and late checkout allowed us to make the most of our time without feeling rushed—a thoughtful gesture that made a significant difference.
The amenities provided were top-notch. The well-equipped kitchen and cozy living area made us feel right at home. Every detail was carefully considered.
