Welcome to the Island Estates paradise! The perfect escape in the heart of Lake Worth, known as “the place where the tropics begin”. The house is located in the residential and secure area of a cul de sac. It is a two-story home and has been renovated in May 2022. The beautiful modern home has an open floor plan, fresh new landscaping and ideal waterfront location. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and balconies on the second floor. This one-of-a-kind retreat boasts comfort, convenience, and incredible amenities.
Enjoy the Southern Florida sun on your lake-side lanai, ensuring effortless entertainment and relaxation, where you can lounge around the pool or the Jacuzzi and even play some poolside games. You have access to an outdoor fridge where you can savor poolside fare from the likes of drinks to salads to burgers. The outdoor flat-screen TV and private bar gives you the chance to unwind outside.
