Beautiful setting and great location! Plenty of room for the seven of us during our winter stay, and the fireplace was nice & warm on the cold evenings. The house also had a very well stocked kitchen.

Amazing location!

Larkin and Marshall were very responsive and helpful. Great hosts. The place was a wonderland in the snow, so cozy and peaceful; amazing something like this exists just minutes from down town Boulder! We loved the quiet nature in the morning, and the house was perfect for our group.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property - there was plenty of room for our full family gathering (10 people including 3 children) and so much to do in the area! Jason was a terrific host - easily reached and accommodated our request in advance for a port-a-crib.

Great House in a Great Location!

The property is beautiful, has great views, close to hiking trails, and was very comfortable for our group of 12, ranging in age from 4 to 77. You feel like you're far away from everything, but the location is remarkably close to Pearl Street shopping, etc. My family had a great time staying here, and I highly recommend!

So peaceful and comfortable

This home is beautiful. And the host was incredibly welcoming with beautiful flowers and every amenity you may have forgotten to bring. A beautiful rock waterfall out back and views from all windows. Beds were so comfortable! And the family room furniture felt like home. Loved our stay here -and conveniently located to everything Boulder. We hope to go back !

I rented this house for all my bridesmaids for my wedding and it was perfect. The house was pristinely clean and equipped with bathroom and kitchen necessities and then some. The location was stunning - a 3 minute drive to Pearl Street but also so close to hiking trails. Special shout out to Marshall who went above and beyond for us to ensure we had an amazing stay - even left flowers, wine and a congratulatory note! So thoughtful. Couldn't recommend this property and management more!

Gorgeous views & great location!!

The house was beautiful and is just as listed and photographed. It’s in a great location near hiking and downtown Boulder but still felt like a mountain getaway. Our group was very comfortable at the house and Jason was available via text and responded quickly! Would recommend this home for your next trip to Boulder.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with everything you need, great for large family get-togethers as a comfortably sleeps 12 people. The owners are extremely responsive to any needs, and even checked in to make sure we were safe when there was a storm and we lost electricity for a short time! Boulder is a beautiful place to visit, and we celebrated my daughter‘s wedding at the Flagstaff restaurant which was wonderful. We also had a hibachi company come and do a dinner for 18 on the balcony, which was so much fun. There are plenty of games, cornhole, a basketball , a pool. I hope to definitely come back again for a family get together! I have never stayed in a property this nice on VRBO.
