Waterfront Villa with Dockside Patio, Paddleboards & Pontoon Boat Rental option

This beautiful 2 bedroom villa faces southwest overlooking the Cooper Jack Bay eBach area intercoastal waterway, a saltwater canal that leads to South Side Marina, Turtle Lake and the Caicos Banks. There is a 3 foot tide and the canal leads to the Caicos Banks. There are beautiful homes lining the canal and it is great exercise to paddle down to the Southside Marina & Cooper Jack Bay Beach. Find your own private beach at low tide in the shallows of the caicos banks. It is absolute paradise. The Villa has two garden door walkouts to the huge oversized deck without outdoor furniture and bbq grill. The deck overlooks the ocean and there is seating at the dockside patio. There is a ladder so you can get jump in and climb out. The water is nice and warm all year long. The Deck spans the full width of the villa (50 feet x 15 feet from the villa) It is a great place to relax day or night. I love listening to the crickets at night while enjoying the nights sky. There are so many stars and the moon is always clearly visible. The Sun sets on the canal, so if you grab a seat on the dock with nice cool drink you can enjoy an amazing sunset. At night you will see a million stars as you relax outside on the deck. We love paddleboarding down the canal to Turtle Lake or Cooper Jack Bay Beach.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 2026/2027: 7 Night Minimum over Christmas OR New Years, 14 Night Minimum if you want to stay for Christmas & New Years.
Dec 20 to Dec 27 , Dec 21 to Dec 28 Dec 22 to Dec 29 so that another family can book 7 nights over New Years being Dec 27 to Jan 3/27 or Dec 28 to Jan 4th, Dec 29 to Jan 5th
