Walk to restaurants, shops nightlife, Tybee Pier, Tybee Lighthouse, and parks.

This large vacation home offers incredible views of sand, sun, and fun! Just a short ride down the elevator and along the private wooden deck to toes in the sand. Watch the glowing sun set from your private L-shaped balcony. Swing and relax in the hammock with an incredible Atlantic coastal breeze.

Views and deck access from the Master bedroom, private full bathroom. This Mid-South beach location is perfect for your Tybee Vacation.

You will find our rental prices are less than others on the island as a perk for our guest! Supplies are limited and first come first served.

The view is gorgeous and the location was out of the hustle and bustle. My family enjoyed our stay for the most part. Unfortunately, the building was poorly maintained and actually unsafe in a few areas. The roof, balcony, stairs and deck boards need serious attention.

We love this location
 everything about the condo i(in spite of being a little shabby
 dishwasher rack was rusted) was fine and fit our needs. EXCEPT
 the elevator failed us. Unit is on the top floor, 4 flights up. Repairman fixed it after a few days but wow
 we’re elderly and fortunately we are in good shape! Yes we will seek to rent this unit again
wraparound deck overlooking the beach is awesome! And if you go
don’t miss the lighthouse and the dolphin tour
much fun. Kudos to the EMTs of Tybee FD for instant response to a jellyfish sting!

Amazing views!!

We had the best time! The place was outdated a bit but clean. The view makes up for the lack of a fancy interior. Quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfy but the guest beds were a bit squeaky when you got on and off or rolled over during the night. My 16 year old son slept on one and said it made the most noise. But they were comfy! The hammock on the deck was a HUGE hit! Would definitely stay again!

The view is what you pay for. Location was perfect. Nice large deck with plenty of space to move in/out of the sun. Easy access to Savannah. Apartment was a glorified hotel room. Clean enough. A little tired and needs refreshing. 50 steps up multiple times a day could wear thin. Glad we were physically fit enough to do it. I would recommend with reservations. Location and view!!

Beautiful Ocean Front Views

Great Views only steps from the Ocean. Beach is clean with soft sand and wasn’t super crowded during the week. Dining within minutes walk or drive. Grocery shopping & everything you can think of nicely located nearby. Beach towels complimentary at the condo & we even left a couple of new ones we’d purchased and donated. Would definitely stay there again.

SPECTACULAR VIEW

It would have been great to have a working elevator. However, besides having to carry a heavy oxygen concentrator up all those epic stairs I didn’t mind them too much as I definitely got my exercise for the day. The place was really AWESOME!!!

Views that feed your soul

The views of the sunrise and moonrise were stunning. So easy to step out to the beach. Love the proximity to Savannah. Inside the condo was clean and great, however, the deck was nearly unusable due to the bird mess. We had to use beach towels on furniture to be able to enjoy the deck.

Mostly good. Bed in front exterior needs a new mattress. Springs stuck person staying in that bedroom. It was unfortunate the elevator was out of order. Virw was fantastic. Condo needs some repair, but would consider returning.

Great location, very dated property

This property is right on the beach, top floor with a great view. It was clean and adequately stocked. However the place is quite old and everything is worn plus several things were broken. However, multiple mirrors in every room if that is your thing! Overall I’d say it is adequate. Does the job, no frills.

Great location and views

Stayed for 8 nights November 2023. Good size balcony and ocean front views. We have stayed many times on Tybee Island. Condo was clean, just a bit dated. Gas fire does not work. Main bedroom has a small TV, which we couldn’t get to work, other 2 bedrooms do not have tvs, if you have kids. Beds are very firm and I suggest bringing your own pillows. Don’t forget this condo has no swimming pool, but it’s right on the beach! Overall condo was adequate.

Great Location

Good communication with property manager. Location was having exterior work done. They didn't bother us any the exterior looked pretty rough. The bathrooms were in need of new paint and the kitchen ceiling was water stained from roof damage we assume. The elevator was very handy but smelled and grimy. The property location made up for any of the issues. We had an Enjoyable time & Loved our stay only problem our stay was too short! We will be back again! Thank You

For the most part the property was clean. The odor coming from the garbage disposal was absolutely disgusting and we couldn’t rectify. Plugging the sink and not using it was the only solution. The sliding door to the balcony is all messed up and was difficult to open and close. There was hair and other debris lingering in the bathrooms upon arrival. Furniture is stained and overall dated. The only thing that saved this place was the view.

Lack of communication

They were not clear about the elevator being out since last May and my husband is handicap and had to walk up and down 50 steps. The condo was not clean. The sliding glass door was being worked on when we checked in at 4pm and did not properly latch or stay closed. The beds were uncomfortable and were very squeaky. The “third” bedroom had no closet and has no room to move with the bed in it.

No-frills rental in a great location

Overall we had a great stay. Glad that they provided beach towels and other clean linens, I've stayed at some rentals that don't. The location can't be beat. Some maintenance concerns - the vent fan in the hall bathroom is in need of replacement (or at least a thorough cleaning and lubrication). The ground floor deck had a board rotted through by the sand shower. I'm sure it's difficult to really clean up all the sand tracked in, but we ended up sweeping the place ourselves on day 2 because it was uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. We had breakfasts at the condo, and it's worth noting that absolutely nothing was left from previous renters - seems wasteful to throw out unopened groceries or staples like oil. Be prepared to buy everything you could possibly need.

The condo is a perfect location from the beach, with beautiful views of the ocean! We really enjoyed the sunrises and watching the ships come in/go out! It was clean for the most part, and the provided bedding/towels/dish-ware was an awesome bonus! However, we arrived after dark to check-in and when we went to use the elevator as we had all of our luggage and the condo was on the top floor.. it did not work, which we were not told prior to arrival. Thankfully none of my family has issues climbing stairs as we had to take them.. The outdoor lights also did not work and we had to use our phones to see the stairs. After conversing with a fellow condo owner the next day, there was apparently a shortage in the electrical due to heavy rain a few days before our arrival, hence the no lights and non working elevator.. Other than that, we had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Book elsewhere

After I booked this, I noticed reviews concerning how the property was not clean. I assumed that the property managers would take note and clean it. Nope. The worst was the jetted tub. Tons of mildew. It was beyond nasty and could not be used. It needs to be replaced. I did tell the property manager about this after our stay. Hopefully this has been addressed. The HVAC vents also had mildew or something. All appliances are older and noisy. Dryer door had duct tape to keep it closed. But everything did work. It took almost 24 hours for the property manager to get the wifi to work. They did respond quickly to this. The view cannot be better! Elevator is convenient. This place is old but has an outstanding view!!
