Kolea 13E is a luxury condo with everything you need for your vacation. This second story unit has an ocean view of Anaeho'omalu Bay and mountain views that can be seen from the lanai off the main living space and the master bedroom.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath is beautifully appointed. Everything that you need is close by! It is a short walk to Anaeho'omalu Bay or the Beach Club pool. The Beach Club has everything you need to relax. Infinity pool, jacuzzi with ocean views, keiki wading pool, lounging areas with umbrellas, fitness center, bathrooms and a towel station. Kolea is centrally located between the Marriott and Hilton hotels. It even includes a Hilton Pool Pass for day use of the Hilton Pools. Plus it is a short drive or walk to the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace for shopping and restaurants.
An elevator (that is only shared between two condos) will deliver you to your private entry landing and the living space which features beautiful dark wood flooring. The living space is a great room with kitchen and living area opening up to the expansive lanai and view. On the lanai you will find a dining area that seats six (upgraded since the photos were taken) and a nice lounging area. Enjoy a wet bar with a stainless steel grill for your use also. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances and a granite island. The living area has two couches and a desk. As well as a large flat screen TV. The dining area has a large dining table and seats 6.
The master suite is spacious and offers large windows that showcase the view. Here you will find a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted LCD television. The large attached bath has a deep soaking tub, walk in dual shower, and dual vanities. There is a walk in closet and private lanai with a fabulous mountain and ocean views.
Across from the master bedroom is the second master. Here you will find two queen size beds facing a chest of drawers with a LCD television. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities.
The third bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a LCD television. The attached bath has shower with a vanity.
Other Kolea 13E amenities include dual zone air conditioning, ceiling fans, wifi, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
