Casita Ristra est une maison indĂ©pendante astucieusement crĂ©Ă©e pour offrir Ă  un couple ou Ă  une seule une expĂ©rience de vie de luxe parfaite au centre-ville de Santa Fe. Lisez mes commentaires, s'il vous plaĂźt, car mĂȘme mes superbes photos ne montrent pas Ă  quel point le sentiment dans la casita est exceptionnel - accueillant et paisible! Vous adorerez le sens du soin apportĂ© Ă  faire de cet endroit votre lieu de retraite prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©, tout en Ă©tant Ă  quelques minutes de tout!

Calme et cachĂ© derriĂšre une porte verrouillĂ©e unique, le Casita Ristra est Ă  seulement trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons de l'historique Santa Fe Plaza, Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons du musĂ©e Georgia O’Keeffe et Ă  un du centre des congrĂšs de Santa Fe. Le Guadalupe Railyard District est Ă©galement Ă  seulement quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons.

EnsoleillĂ© avec de hauts plafonds, des poutres sculptĂ©es Ă  la main dans chaque piĂšce, de nombreux puits de lumiĂšre et des fenĂȘtres Ă  lumiĂšre partagĂ©e de style historique. Les tapis colorĂ©s du sud-ouest et la palette de couleurs rĂ©chauffent et Ă©gayent l'esprit. Sentez-vous chez vous dans tous les sens!

Vous avez un patio privé en dalles coyote clÎturé dans la cour avant parfait pour le café ou le barbecue à la table parapluie de 4 places (pour vos anciens ou nouveaux amis!) et une terrasse couverte pergola au large du maßtre afin que vous puissiez vous détendre à l'ombre ou regarder les chutes de neige en hiver.

Lit King, grande chambre aérée, draps fins, oreillers moelleux, matelas de qualité supérieure, télévision à écran plat Smart HD 32 "et cùble préféré. Le salon dispose également d'une trÚs grande télévision à écran plat Smart HD et du cùble préféré et d'un vrai foyer au bois traditionnel kiva (avec installation gratuite de bois de chauffage pinon au premier feu).

La cuisine est entiÚrement et soigneusement équipée avec des commodités supplémentaires, une cuisiniÚre à gaz, un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable à double porte (eau filtrée et glace), un four micro-ondes haut de gamme et une belle vaisselle.

La salle de bain a des tonnes de rangement et une formidable douche carrelée sur mesure (avec barre d'appui) et laveuse / sécheuse pour votre usage.

Les autres commodités incluent la "vraie" climatisation centrale réfrigérée et le systÚme de chauffage à air pulsé, une connexion Internet sans fil à trÚs haut débit gratuite, un grand espace de rangement avec beaucoup de cintres, un miroir pleine longueur, des porte-bagages et des couvertures supplémentaires.

This is our second time renting this location. It is close to everything. It is clean, well equipped and the Casitas is very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend it. Our host is helpful, friendly and gave great recommendations.

We did not do the winery tour but I gave it 5* because I didn't want to hurt the rating. This was the nicest vrbo we have ever had and will stay there again if we return. Victoria excells in every aspect as a host. Having a laundry and fireplace was definitely a plus. It was so centrally located to everything we wanted to see and perfect for walkers.

We had 6 perfect days in this casita. It was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Ideal for Santa Fe tourism

This spacious, attractive, well-equipped, spotless, quiet casita is a short stroll to all the main tourist attractions downtown as well as having easy access by car to the best hiking areas and the opera. The host has provided good guidance to area restaurants and is very responsive to guests’ needs (although there won’t be many she hasn’t anticipated).

Victoria was super-responsive, even checking in when a storm came through town during our stay. Useful information was shared well in advance & check-in was seamless. The casita is large! In addition to a roomy living room & well-stocked kitchen, there is plenty of space to maneuver around the plush king size bed. The shower is large and lovely; Victoria has added many thoughtful touches. The L-shaped exterior wraps around two sides of the casita, all enclosed behind a stunning aspen fence. While the home is near the Plaza, the feeling is that of a quiet, historic neighborhood. We spent a very comfortable week at Victoria’s casita and would highly recommend it to you.
The parking place is off the street & so convenient to the entrance.
From one end of the L-shaped exterior is a patio table, umbrella and chairs. The other end, around the corner, features comfortable, shaded seating. Our dog had a good time too.

The house was great. It was well stocked, clean and spacious for my wife and I. It was fenced in for privacy and could sit outside and relax and eat as had nice outdoor patios. The location was great. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in town with the supermarket and Whole Foods only short drives. The owner was great. She provided us with all the information we needed for our stay and was very accessible and helpful with lots of recommendations for restaurants. When we go back to Santa Fe will definitely try to stay there again. It couldn’t have been better

Santa Fe Home Away from Home

After having to move away from Santa Fe last year, we needed a week away from our Denver home during a kitchen remodel. This casita was beyond our expectations. The location is perfect if you want to be near the plaza, the furnishings were tasteful, the accommodation spotless and we really enjoyed using both patios. We're already discussing our next trip so we can book it again.

We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed Casita Ristra, our home away from home for five nights. The central, yet quiet, location couldn't have been better with so many restaurants, sites, park areas, and shopping within walking distance. Inside, the home is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The two private patio areas were perfect for enjoying the cool mornings and afternoon sun. We appreciated Victoria's detailed communications before and during our arrival, and her recommendations to activities in the area. Dale Ball Trail, the International Art Museum, the New Mexico History Museum, and the Palace of Governors were spot on to our interests. And, if you're bringing a dog, the 158-acre Frank Ortiz Dog Park is amazing with its vistas and ability to wear out Fido for the day. When we return to Santa Fe, Casita Ristra will be our first choice.

We have been coming to Santa Fe for years
we just love it! Our stay at Casita Ristra ranks as one of our best experiences in Santa Fe. The casita is everything you could ask for in a home away from home. We are looking forward to coming back and staying longer! The owner/manager was a gem to communicate with.

You are invited to receive special tips on what Santa Fe has to offer (from a local), for short-term or longterm visits or life change (happy to show you around and give you insight into Santa Fe's real estate market).
