Cottage en adobe entièrement rénové au coeur de Santa Fe

Casa Dominguez est un cottage en adobe de 40 m² rénové avec amour et situé à moins de trois pâtés de maisons de l'historique Santa Fe Plaza. Les murs en adobe de 18 pouces d'épaisseur rendent la propriété remarquablement silencieuse en raison de sa proximité avec le district de Santa Fe Railyard, l'historique Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road et The State Capitol Grounds. La Casa Dominguez comprend une cuisine avec réfrigérateur et four micro-ondes (four grille-pain et table de cuisson sur demande), une chambre avec placard, un salon et un coin repas. Au cours de la récente rénovation extensive comprenant un nouveau toit, des fenêtres, la plomberie, l'électricité et le CVC, des matériaux historiquement appropriés ont été utilisés dans la mesure du possible. L'ameublement de la maison comprend des meubles personnels qui ont été minutieusement restaurés. Casa Dominguez est littéralement, Santa Fe historique avec le confort moderne. Le café emblématique de Santa Fe, Ohori's, se trouve dans la rue Manhattan, à quelques pas de là. La meilleure boulangerie de Santa Fe, Sage Bakery, se trouve au coin de la rue. Very nice place, as advertised, easy experience, and the location couldn’t be better. Very easy walk from everything but you don’t feel like you’re overrun by tourists. Also, Dumpling Cafe across the street is a very nice surprise when (if) you need a break from Southwestern food. Phenomenal dumplings and friendly staff. Comfy bed, too.

Such a charming place. The renovation they did is incredible. The location could not have been better - easy to walk downtown, to the rail yards, and some excellent nearby restaurants. Easy nearby parking. Excellent hosts!

The host was very welcoming. All pertinent info was spelled out in a notebook, along with recommendations for restaurants and local sites to visit. Casa Dominguez was clean and appropriately appointed with items needed for more than a one night stay. I highly recommend this casita to anyone looking for someplace other than a hotel.

Well thought out. Everything we needed was in place. Nice extras for when you arrive. Close to dining, shops, etc. Noisy cars at night, which is out of the host's control. It was March when we were there. Lovely accomadations, would stay there again if visiting Santa Fe.
