4 night minimum. Studio efficiency with beach rights. Private beach located right across the street, first floor condo. Kitchenette has a fridge, two burner electric stove top, microwave, sink, toaster. Parking for one vehicle in open lot. Minutes to Ptown by car or bus. Relax in the adirondack chairs on the wrap around deck. Catch some cool breezes and lovely views. Folding table and chairs also provided. Community BBQ grill. No linens provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Items to bring: queen size sheets, bath and hand towels, beach towels, toiletries.

This was my second time staying at this property. It has everything you need (with the exception of sheets and towels, but that is clearly stated in the listing). The space is well layed out with plenty of storage for clothing and personal items. Just down a few stairs and across the street is the beach. Watch the sunset from inside or from the spacious outside deck area. With the windows open you can hear the waves at high tide!

Cozy and Convenient!

Our stay was perfect! The place was so clean and cozy and the view from the room was stunning. When we were at the property, we would sit on the deck in the Adirondack chairs and feel the breeze from the bay. The space was a great size for me and my husband, and the bed was very comfortable. The property is conveniently placed in walking distance to a few food places and a market, making it easy to get what you need! We spend most of our time in Truro and Provincetown, so the location of this property was perfect. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this place again!

4th of July getaway

It was a beautiful place to stay, close to the beach and nearby towns. Barbara decorated it beautifully with a nice costal theme.

Perfect spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s place. The studio had everything we needed for a relaxing week and was decorated very cute! The location can’t be beat. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We look forward to returning next year!

Perfect Beachfront Stay with Outstanding Host Communication!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this beautiful waterfront studio! The location is unbeatable, with easy beach access and stunning ocean views. The condo was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was fantastic and responded very quickly to any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding area was peaceful, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot!

The unit was clean, bright, and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for clothing, towels, and whatever else you might bring. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Perfect sunset view from the adirondack chairs right outside!

Perfect location

Barbara’s suite is directly across from the beach. So convenient! Her unit is small but has everything you need to make it the perfect vacation. Comfortable bed. We had many meals outside.

Barbara's pagoda is in an excellent location near P-town with small deli's and such near by. The unit was, clean well equipped and efficiently organized. Comfy bed, beautiful views and really nice neighbors. I hope to return.

Great Property

We love the Cape. We've vacationed in Hyannis, Orleans, Eastham and now Truro. This property is right on the Bay & 2 miles from the National Seashore beaches. Unit #14 was perfect for me and my honey. We will be back. Thanks Barbara.
