Passez vos vacances dans la plus belle résidence de bord de mer de Provincetown. Cette unité est au rez de chaussée de Sandpiper Beach House Provincetown. Cette exceptionnellement belle maison combine vue sur l'eau spectaculaires depuis chaque pièce de la maison avec une terrasse et le jardin privé droite sur la plage. L'unité est située dans le coeur du West End sur la rue Commercial (à Winthrop St) et tout au long de la vie privée. A l'intérieur, vous avez 2 chambres avec salle de bains à la fois avec des lits king size et vue sur l'océan. Le salon dispose d'une télévision avec le câble HD, un lecteur DVD et Internet haute vitesse sans fil. L'unité vient avec laveuse et sécheuse, la moitié de bain supplémentaire, cheminée, et environ 1000 mètres carrés de terrasse pi avec une douche extérieure. Tout cela avec un accès direct à la plage!

This was our first September visit to Provincetown, and our second stay at the Sandpiper. The location simply cannot be beat; private beach, parking for two cars, and steps from the best the town has to offer. The condo is clean, bright, and welcoming, and has every amenity you could need. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. We look forward to returning!

A gem in the West End

With its lovely and private garden overlooking the bay, and the fully equipped condo, what else can you wish for ! We really enjoyed our second stay here and it is surely not our last.

We spent 2 weeks here in August and could not have had a better experience. The place is perfect for 2 couples or a family. We used the beach and water every day. The views of the bay are unparalleled and the garden and outdoor terrace made the experience luxurious and memorzble

Perfect condo

We have rented this condo several times in the fall and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Terrell is responsive and quick to address any questions. The location is perfect the size is perfect for 3-4 people and the yard is perfect if you bring dogs as we do.

Best Property in Ptown!

This was our second stay at this property. We were so impressed with the first time that we invited some friends so that they could enjoy the condo as well. The location is perfect, close to everything. The view is amazing, very tranquil and quiet. This condo has everything you need to eat in, entertain or just enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset. The owner, Terrell, is very responsive and great to work with.

Best Location In PTown!

The combination of being right on Commercial Street and having a large private patio that leads directly to the beach is unbeatable! The location is truly the best of both worlds. The condo was also very nice and clean, exactly as advertised. Also, Terrell was a great host. We only experienced one issue during our stay, and he resolved it immediately for us which was much appreciated! We will definitely be back!

We were bummed that both of the private stair accesses to the water were unusable after being washed away. Typically, we use that private access all of the time throughout the day. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Perfect Pandemic Getaway!

The condo is gorgeous--exactly as it looks in the pictures. Everything is very clean and modern, but comfortable and a lot of thought has gone into making this a terrific space. The view out over the water is stunning. Parking and access were very easy, no need to interact with anyone. Our dog loved the fenced-in garden and we loved being able to open the gate and be right on the beach. The location--right in the middle of town, but on the beachside, away from any noise--is perfect. I hope we can get back here another time!

Terrell's home was the perfect accommodation for our getaway to Ptown. The home was clean, comfortable, right on the beach with a fantastic patio (and outside shower!), and close to everything! Found that during the day there was no reason to leave the property - could lounge on the patio, walk down the beach, and repeat. Overall an amazing home and location and lends itself to a relaxing stay. Terrell was a fantastic host and very responsive. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time at Terrell’s house. It’s such a beautiful cozy place with direct access to the beach and beautiful outdoor enclosed spaced for our pups to enjoy :) , Terrell is always very quick to reply and accommodating !

Location, Location, Location!

This property is perfectly situated on Commercial Street with quick access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and everything else P-Town has to offer. It is right next door to the Boatslip, so prepare for the music vibes of afternoon tea dances during prime season. Parking is provided on site. The unit was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, towels, and the needed supplies for our group of four. Though cleanliness was not great, communication with the owner was and hopefully he will address some of the issues we called attention to with the cleaning crew for future visitors. The garden is lovely, though a tinge overgrown (those rose buses cross into the pathways and the thorns hurt) - and check your dogs for ticks as we found two (common in MA - so be mindful). We would certainly stay here again in the future as the benefits far outweighed the minor hiccups.

Just what I needed!

This property is one of the nicest that I have stayed in while visiting Ptown! The location has beautiful views, and a convenient location close to everything. The condo itself is very clean and has everything you needs to feel right at home. This definitely has become my new favorite and I can't wait to visit again.

The heart of PTown

What more can we say that has not been said yet! In the center of PTown there’s a private garden freshly refurbished with a direct access to the bay beach. The house is perfect with separate spaces for two couples to feel comfortable; all in the kitchen is available for those who like to cook. We will be back!

Excellent stay!

Perfect spot for our 2 couples and dog. Fenced in garden on the water was so lovely and peaceful and perfect for our dog to just hang in the side or walk right down the steps to Dog Beach. And right behind is the heart of Commercial Street, with restaurants and shops in one direction and a wonderful walk to Pilgrim Point and a jetty walk out to the lighthouse in the other direction. With on-site parking included, the location could not have been better. Very clean, all the essentials you need, friendly neighbors and a wonderful and communicative host. Can’t wait to return.
