The space
This unit has the charm of a vintage Tudor style home. You will not be sharing the space with anyone, you have access to the entire north end of the duplex. You have you own off street parking spot out front not the driveway. You can use the table and chairs outside on the sideboard patio as well.

The kitchen and bathroom have just undergone a remodel and are comfortable and functional. Please note the claw foot tub lip is about 2' tall so you have to be able to step over the tub edge to enter.

Bedroom 1- King bed and Twin bed. this is upstairs.
Bedroom 2-Queen bed (this is down and you walk through the partially finished basement area with washer and dryer)

Couch pulls out to a full/queen sleeper sofa too!
Other things to note
You are booking one side of the duplex. You have an entirely private non shared space with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Please follow the "self Checkin" instructions, found on the VRBO booking the day of your arrival.

We have added a very nice portable AC unit to the main bedroom upstairs in addition to the swamp cooler and oscillating fan for the kitchen/living room area upstairs

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

Un-Notified lost keys are billed at $150. If you lose a key and tell us our normal key replacement fee is $75 but we can be flexible if you tell us in advance.
