Casa Arena is a brand new jungle luxury beach villa completed in Spring 2022. The house is steps from Baker’s Beach entrance and opens up to the jungle to enjoy the view, wildlife, and sound of the ocean from every room. Two large Master bedrooms with en-suite and 2 stylish bunk rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom sleeps 10 comfortably. The modern indoor and outdoor open kitchens are complete with ice maker, BBQ, fridge, and induction stove which makes for easy entertaining. Soak in the luscious saltwater pool with waterfall and enjoy ultimate realization with designer furnishings through out the home.

Newly built in 2022, Casa Arena offers full privacy surrounded by the jungle and a security wall, yet less than 200 yards to the beach entrance. We are directly across the street from Aqua Tibia Surf School and rentals for all your beach needs. Walk next door to eat at El Manglar or take a short stroll down to La Ventanita for amazing breakfast/lunch or the famous Beach Dog Cafe and open mic night on Tuesdays.

The house features designer outdoor and indoor furnishings including Masaya chairs and couches, hammocks and lounge chairs surrounding the beautiful saltwater pool and waterfall. With dual WIFI providers and 100MBS of speed, working from the house is not a problem. A state of the art water filtration system provides the drinkable water in the house along with AC in each room and the main living/kitchen area. Our floor to ceiling windows slide open from either end to create truly indoor/outdoor living in the jungle. The house comes with a dedicated evening security guard and a built in wall safe to protect any valuables. Each rental also includes daily housekeeping. Guest acces:
Guests have access to the entire house and a gated carport. There is a small garage which is not accessible.

The property manager is available daily from 7am to 8pm and 8pm - 7am only for emergencies (Please call if its an emergency). This listing comes with daily cleaning, and complimentary guest services and concierge services from Vacation Nosara.
