Get away from it all in this sanitized and secluded mountain cabin <1 mile from Sugar Mtn Ski Resort. Situated on one of the first roads to get plowed when it snows. Plenty of parking for everyone. Come ski, shop, relax and enjoy the mountains! Well mannered dogs welcome for $231 for up to 2 dogs for entire stay (max 2 dogs). Sorry, no cats. Sorry no puppies <1 year old or dogs that are not house trained. Free shuttle to the slopes in the winter.

Early check in or late check out may be possible with additional 50.00 fee. Check with host.

The cabin is located on Sugar Mountain. The main level of the cabin is wheelchair accessible. This includes a wheelchair elevator from the parking area to the front of the house. The cabin includes a game room equipped with a ping pong table and an assortment of board games. There are 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths located on the main level as well as the kitchen, dining and great room. Snuggle by the gas fireplace while enjoying the view of grandfather mountain from the warmth of the cabin. Prepare your favorite meal in the newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the refurbished 1921 claw foot tub after a day on the slopes. Relax on the back porch by the fire pit with a cup of hot cocoa while overlooking Grandfather mountain. 4 wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter months.

Guests have access to the entire cabin.

House is equipped with a smart lock therefore guest will receive a personal code for entry.

We are located on sugar mountain just one mile past the Ski Resort. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort has skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing and ice skating. The house is situated on a loop with minimal traffic. A local park with hiking trails is located just walking distance from the house.

4 wheel drive is highly recommend during the winter months.

Amazing view

This house is great. So much room for everyone to separate when needed. The balcony and the view were amazing. Kitchen was clean, spacious. All the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and wonderful.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family of thirteen had plenty of space to play games, ping pong, and eat together. The kitchen was well stocked and the waffle maker was a big hit. We enjoyed our time on Sugar Mountain!

Pure Perfection

This property was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. The layout was great to give the younger bunch their own space and of coarse there are no words to describe the beautiful view. Everything was clean and well stocked. Sugar Mountain is right down the street and Andrea communicated perfectly. Great trip. Thank you.

Fantastic stay, great location

Had a great experience, had everything we needed. It was very clean, spacious, ideally located, plenty of parking, well stocked and even a dog bed and blanket for the fury family member. Very relaxing and very easy. Will look to stay there again next year!

Sugar Mountain Cabin

We loved the property. Great amenities with a breath taking view in the day and at night . We loved the location. The fire pit was a huge hit with the family. Loved the jukebox, ping pong table, wii, and the street fighter game. Kept the kids entertained after a long day at the ski resort. Was easy to communicate with the owners. Just a great place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property!

We loved our stay- the house was perfect for a small family reunion. Great location, amenities, and communicating with owner was easy. The only downfall are the stairs! They aren’t suitable for older adults and young children- very dangerous. They need better coverage of the metal and some slip guards- they are small, steep, and circular. My FIL couldn’t go down to the basement the entire time, unfortunately. But other than that; the house was great!

Excellent stay, excellent host

Wonderful rental, everything was as described and expected. The location is excellent, just minutes from Sugar Mountain Resort. The house was great and the kitchen was well equipped. We were a group of seven - grandparents, daughter & husband, 4 and 5 year old grandchildren, plus an au pair and a furry family member. Everyone loved the jukebox and ping-pong table. Everything worked flawlessly - showers, fireplace, firepit, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Most importantly, communication with the owner was exceptional. Thank you for the stress-free stay!

Heavenly Haven

We had the perfect ski weekend at Sugar Haven! This home has been beautifully updated and had everything we needed. There is plenty of room for multiple families to stay. The kids loved the ping pong table and wii and my husband and I loved the nostalgia of the CD jukebox. So fun! The views from Sugar Haven are gorgeous and the fire table on the deck is a great way to enjoy them. We even lucked out with snow and lots of deer sightings while we were there. We would definitely stay at Sugar Haven again!

Sugar Mountain Holiday

If you want to be very close to the activities offered at Sugar Mountain, this is the place. It was spacious and well-equipped and well maintained. The property manager was very helpful. The home was even decorated for Christmas.

Great place to stay. Recently updated interior so nice and clean. Great amenities. A-Plus all around for convenience to Sugar Mtn slopes, plenty of parking space and just a few steps to front door. Great view off the deck. All this and we got 6" of snow to boot :)

Thanksgiving Reunion

Great property with beautiful views. Family reunited for first time in about 10 years for a holiday and we were not disappointed. Space for everyone and lots of games as we stayed at the home for the majority of the trip. Close to grocery store and resorts. Andrea was fantastic and helpful!

Beautiful, relaxing & clean!

My family had a great time at this Sugar Mountain retreat! The adults (2 couples) stayed in the upstairs and our teenage granddaughter had the downstairs with her own bedroom, bathroom and rec area. She loved it! The house had all the conveniences of home and was very clean and comfortable. IVery close (only minutes) to the lodge area with skiing, tubing and ice scaring. I would stay here again!
