Welcome to All Decked Out!!

Living up to its name, there is tons of deck space for hanging out outside. You're sure to love the waterfront views!

The house consists of 4 bedrooms - 2 are on the ground level, and 2 are upstairs on the main floor. Downstairs, on the ground level, the first bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and an attached bathroom. Across the hall is a second, huge bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a single twin bed, making a total of 5 twin beds. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bathroom. The secondary bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 full size bed with another attached full bathroom. There is also a full kitchen and living room upstairs on the main level. Tons of space for your entire crew!

Outdoors, you can fish from the pier or head on up to the upper deck and relax with some amazing views! There are covered patios, in case the weather isn't great, you can still sit outside while staying dry! Bring some firewood and enjoy the firepit.

The kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen basics. Including a drip coffee machine.

There is a propane grill available for guests to use. Please bring your own propane tank if you plan to use the grill.

All Decked Out

2nd year in a row that we have rented this house for our annual fishing trip. Plenty of room to sleep everybody. Enjoy the deck out back to enjoy and fish from the river in the evenings. Looking forward to another trip next year as well.

Great stay

We had a great time. We were right on the water with a nice pier, lots of locations to gather, and plenty of sleep spaces and bathrooms.

Weekend stay

We rented this house for a weekend getaway, and it was so peaceful. Everything was great, the kids loved fishing off the pier and the fact that it is pet friendly I didn't have to pay for a sitter for my mini-Ausie was wonderful! The ladies at topwater real estate were so great to work with and just a phone call away if I needed anything.

Fishing weekend

Great place for us to get away and do some fishing for the weekend. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep and 3 full bathrooms/showers to clean up afterwards. Hosts were very easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of for any needs. Looking at another date to book it again for another trip.

The writeup matched the property. The layout was a little confusing from the pics but outside of that it was exactly as it should have been. The property management team even added a green fishing light for us which was awesome.

Great stay

The house is great for a large group of people, plenty of room. Our questions were responded to quickly. Only downfall was a lot of flies in the downstairs bunk rooms.

This was a great setup for the three of us and our 3 third grade boys. Plenty of space and a great separate bunk room to send the boys to when we needed a break.

We have stayed at several places that are similar to this place. This place has it all. Just the right size for our large party and close to everything we needed. Excellent communications. Comfortable and well equipped, we will be back.

Peaceful, Roomy and Serene

House was clean, and beautiful. everything worked as we had hoped. Fishing off the dock went very well, and we were able to store our boat against the dock. Plenty of room for everyone to stay, the listing doesnt really go over the arrangements so i'll break it down! Upstairs is the kitchen and living space, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a larger queen size bed, and then another room with 2 doubles. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. Downstairs is two bedrooms, one large with two bunk beds and a full size bed. One bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a full size bathroom. This home offers plenty of deck space for lounging, casting and eating/cooking. Easy access to the boat dock/bait store. Only true recommendation is to bring food to cook from out of town.. Only 2/3 restaurants in town, DEFINITELY check out the coffee bar.

Weekend stay

We had a great stay. The accommodations were nice and met our needs. The owner was extremely helpful and kind when we needed something specific. The kitchen had pretty much most of what we needed and we were able to host dinner two nights for our big group of friends. Fishing was wonderful right off the back of the property. Our teens used the larger room downstairs. The only con I’d say is for the smaller bunk room with the bathroom downstairs. It’s concerning as the mold smell was overwhelming. I’d have concerns with my kids using that room. Thankfully we didn’t end up needing that space. All other parts of the house were used and up to very good standards. Thanks so much for the experience!

Upstairs great! Downstairs, no can do.

The location was nice, the deck was terrific, upstairs was comfortable, but the rooms downstairs have a serious mold problem. Two of our friends have become ill. One of the rooms was unbearable and we could not let anyone stay in there due to the smell of heavy mold, so my friend’s daughter has to sleep with the boys in the other downstairs room. The other downstairs room was a little bit better But it was still very very musty. It looks like they have a serious mold problem In the walls. This needs to be addressed. You cannot advertise all those beds as available. Sadly, it’s a great downstairs room with bunkbeds. But the downstairs rooms are a health hazard.
