Details: Relax is an adorable, Gulf-view, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex home in Cape San Blas that sleeps 6. Guests will love the large, screened-in porch with Emerald water views, the classic old-Florida vibe, and the quiet Cape location.

Relax is elevated on stilts and provides shaded parking and a gas grill beneath the home. Stairs lead to a spacious screened-in porch with beautiful views of the Gulf and a cafe table and chairs—perfect for dining outside. Sliding glass doors open to the home’s bright, airy living, kitchen, and dining area with tile floors and beach-inspired decor. A queen sleeper sofa and chairs face a 55†TV in the living area. A dining table seats 4, leading to a galley-style kitchen with lots of space to prepare beach snacks and meals. A guest bedroom off the kitchen shares a bathroom with the living area. A primary bedroom enjoys access to a private bathroom.

Guests can easily access the white sand beach by using the community beach access located across the street. With these fabulous views and wonderful Cape San Blas location, Relax won’t be available for long!

*Small dogs weighing 20 pounds or less are welcome at Relax with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

*Guests have the option to book the neighboring unit "Unwind" to accommodate an additional 6 guests.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
