The Blue Jewel is a Gem!

Great location and a pleasant stay. Jane and Cameron were excellent hosts. Hoping to be back again soon.

Jane and Cameron are wonderful hosts! I would definitely recommend their place!

The Blue Jewel is a beautiful home away from home! The neighbors are friendly and it's just a short walk to the beach! I would certainly entertain the possibility of staying once again.

Communication with host was prompt, thorough and courteous. Cute, clean house that is centrally located in Fernandina Beach. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the Blue Jewel

We enjoyed our walks through this old Florida town, easy to do from this location. The fire pit added such a special time at night to enjoy good company, drinks and smores. Kitchen is excellent, and plenty of towels provided.

Location

The home is in an ideal location approximately equi distant from both the beach on the Atlantic and downtown on the river. It also has the convenience of supermarkets, shopping, and restaurants.

Comfortable home

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable home. Nice, quiet outdoor space for eating/ reading/relaxing. Owners Jane and Cam responded quickly to the few small issues we encountered. A very short drive to beach, downtown, groceries. Our month long stay at the Blue Jewel was perfect. We will be back next year.

Clean and Cute

So enjoyed this property. Easy ride or longer walk to the beach and close to music and restaurants. Sat outside at the Principal’s Office, -one of our favorite places, listening to music. It is only three blocks away. The place itself was nicely appointed, new appliances, and very comfortable bed. Owners were delightful.

A Gem

Our stay was delightful! There were so many details that made the cottage so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we needed. Comfy furniture and bed. The bathroom was great with a big shower
everything was clean and a lot of thought was put into making a visitor’s stay special. We loved using the fire pit area and enjoyed the separate deck area. It was a quick walk to downtown, a few blocks away from the pickle ball courts and 1.8 miles from the beaches
which was a nice walk! Jane was a great host and was easy to contact.

1 Month Stay

We needed a 4 week interim location while awaiting the closing of our new home. This was just the right size for my husband and myself. There were adequate pots/pans and towels, and various cleaning products. The neighborhood is a transitional one in that many houses were quite nice and others were literally dumps. We did not feel unsafe.
