Awesome location conveniently located in the heart of Myrtle Beach minutes to everything including the beach, airport, restaurants, night life and golf. Yet quiet and out of the hustle and bustle. The unit is located on the first floor and is a corner unit so it’s as easy as it gets moving in and out.
This unit was just completely renovated, painted and decorated to make you feel special, yet have all the amenities and conveniences of being at home.
NEW THIS YEAR, WE’VE JUST ADDED AMAZING COLORED LIGHTS THROUGHOUT! Your kids are gonna love this!!!! ALL OF OUR BEDS GLOW!!!! Change the colors to whatever you like! THE DOUBLE COVERED PATIO WAS JUST REFRESHED WITH AMAZING ROMANTIC LIGHTING, A WINE TABLE, AND GARDEN LIGHTS AND DECOR. The perfect retreat to unwind and have a glass of wine.
The kitchen is large with tons of fully stocked cabinets with everything you'll need. There is over and under cabinet accent lighting, granite countertops, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, tupperware, plenty of glassware, utensils, cookware, condiments and coffee, etc.
If you have little children, we have 3 booster seats, a pack n play, and a small mattress for toddlers. Also included are 2 blow dryers, an iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, mop and vacuum.
The master bedroom has a patio as well as off the living room and seats up to 7 with a view of the golf course.
We offer all fresh linens, pillows, towels and beach/pool towels.
If you plan going to the beach, we have everything you need including, large and small coolers, beach blanket, beach towels, sand toys, beach umbrella and boogie boards for everyone to enjoy!
There are 4 new flatscreen TV's and some games for the kids.
Inside the complex, there is a beautiful pool, fitness center, pro golf shop and a bar/restaurant as well as outdoor grills and of course one of the most beautiful golf courses you've ever played. World Tour is known for having 18 holes that are replicas from signature holes from around the world. 14 different but famous courses. It's definitely 1 of the top 5 courses to play in Myrtle Beach. We also have Pine Lakes, Wild Wing, Long Bay, Grande Dunes, TPC Myrtle Beach and Burning Ridge just to name a few and all very close by.
This is a wonderful location for your next vacation and we also host for reunions, bridal parties, Buddy Golf trips, business travel etc. Also, included is free parking for 2 cars and additional parking available with notice.
If there is anything in addition that you may need, please feel free to ask. We are only 8 minutes away and are almost always around for our guests. Hope to see you Soon!

Holiday House

I have chosen Holiday House for the description as my 4 year old granddaughter has said this is the best Holiday House ever! She loves all the special items that Ms. Kim put together to make our stay amazing. Mike and Kim are the host/hostess with the mostest! So many personal touches, available for any questions or concerns we had. Gave great recommendations for where to eat or what to do for our first visit. It was an amazing place to stay, absolutely beautiful! It was a true vacation from the time we walked in to when we left. We did not have to worry or think about anything. The bonus to this vacation is we made new friends as well! Thank you Mike & Kim!

Great location..that’s about it.

OK, the pros: The location is great: close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The condo was decently clean for the most part Now, the Bad then the ugly…after receiving a confirmation email that I purchased this rental for my families vacation, I shortly get a text from the host asking what my business were for visiting the area, which I thought was very odd but after a short exchange he confirmed my booking. When my family arrived we noticed a few odd things like the thermostat in a lock box, so forget trying to adjust the temperature! I stripped Down All the bedding to wash before sleeping and noticed all the pillows were heavily stained. The beds were cheap & uncomfortable. We noticed the kitchen faucet was loose, but we decided not to Bring it up because we would be gone most of the time during our stay, we just needed a clean place to sleep. So finally, the ugly… A few days after I return home from the trip I received a text message from the host complaining that I ruined his condo. He complained that we used all the towels, the paper plates he had in the cupboard, half his bottle of laundry detergent, send on the bathroom mat, comforters and pillows on the floor,And that we broke his Kitchen faucet. He then ended the long angry texts demanding that I Apple Pay him an extra $150 or he would leave me a bad review. He also demanded that I gave him five stars for my stay. Before I responded back to him, I sent a copy of his tax to VRBO two show how he is trying to extort good reviews from his renters. After speaking to VRBO, I was assured that he had no grounds to demand extra payment from. I the. Reached out to the Horst to explained that when we arrived we were told we were free to use whatever was in the condo, so we did. Not once did he mention that he wanted those items replaced. I have never been to another rental where the host demanded I replace plastic plates and laundry detergent, I was speechless. I spent a little under $1500 for a three night stay and the host was complaining about me using $10 worth of paper products. I then also addressed the sand on the bathroom mat: I’m not sure what he expected from a beach rental. Where was I supposed to get cleaned up?And to complain that dirty towels and some pillows and blankets were on the floor? I thought the cleaning fee was so that I wouldn’t have to make the bed while on vacation. Avoid the headache. Book somewhere else!

Well, I wouldn't stay in the place you have so wildly made up either. But since you would like to lie, I have put together some pictures for people to actually see. (Pictures are not permitted in a review) You lied from the very beginning. We would have never rented to you and your 5 small children. Please see your original booking 4 adults 2 kids. Yet you showed up with 2 adults and 5 small children. We will let the reviews of the guests (from Air BnB) who stayed immediately after you tell our story as well. (Pictures are not permitted in a review) You should be ashamed of yourself! In reference to VRBO I called and they confirmed their were NO complaints called in for my unit. I am not going to entertain or waste my time defending myself. You walked into a brand-new unit. You were our very first guest. The place was immaculate. We give each of our guests complimentary baskets of food and drinks so I can't imagine why you chose to use every thing else you could possibly get your hands on and leave our other quests with nothing. We left essentials there for everyones convenience not for your personal consumption as I stated when I met you upon your arrival. I wasn't even going to let you stay considering that when you opened the door 4 small children came running in and immediately started jumping on the bunkbeds. How could I look 4 children, not including (1baby) in the eyes and tell them they could not have their vacation. You planned your deceit from the beginning! The only reason you started this is because we embarrassed you and called you out on the fact that you left the unit a complete mess and we requested a minimal amount for the damages and extra cleaning. We needed to have someone clean for 7 hours after a 3 night stay, needed to restock everything not to mention you are TRYIng to make us look bad by Lying!!!!. End of story! Amazing

Me and my family rented this condo for a week trip and it was a great time .. right from the beginning the owners Mike and Kim were very helpful reaching out and being available if needed… they even stocked the house with the essentials and even add a personal touch with a snack basket and chilled wine ! House was very clean and perfectly located … will definitely stay again this was one of the better experiences we had as a family renting a house ..thank you !!

We chose WORLD TOUR for the convenient location to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Also the great golf courses and fun things to do are just minutes away in any direction. We would rather be out of the traffic, than in it. This is just a superb location close to whatever you’d like to do. Plus the airport is only 10 minutes away!

I can guarantee we have the nicest unit in World Tour. When we bought our unit, we spent 2 months renovating and designing the perfect getaway. We have all the bases covered. You just need your clothes and personal items and leave the rest to us. We provide just about anything you can imagine. When you stay with us, you’ll understand the difference!
