This condo is perfectly located on a dead end road surrounded by low rise buildings for a quiet relaxing stay but within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and a coffee/ice cream shop! Walk to the popular Ocean Annie's in Just 5 minutes! This unit is located between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach, so no matter where your heading, it's just a hop, skip, and jump away!
This unit is newly renovated inside and out! Walk into luxury in a unit that every surface and finish has been refreshed or replaced. New appliances, floors, lighting, paint, even windows. Great time!

Great place close to beach and the bar and grill flip-flops across the street is a great time. Live music every night and the Chicken wings are awesome!

Clean Updated Friendly owner Lots to do in the area & safe place to stay. Walk right out on the beach in moments! We will do our best to book this exact place every year we go back to Myrtle Beach on our school break!

Cozy condo steps from the beach

My family was in town for a baseball tournament and this condo was perfect for our needs. Community pool is excellent and better than pictured. Condo was clean and well stocked. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting N Myrtle Beach

Updated & Great Location

We love the Shore Drive area and have stayed in various condos within Pelicans Landing, this is one of the nicest. The unit has been updated nicely and so close to the pool and ocean access. Our family enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for 5 people and we would stay again.

My family and I felt at home here! Extremely comfy, clean, updated, and stocked with useful items! Check-in process was easy and we were even able to check-in a little early since cleaning was done. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. It was recently renovated and includes everything you need. My family enjoyed the 4 TVs located in the living room and each bedroom. You can keep sand out by leaving shoes and toys at the front entrance. The screened in porch off the living room is great for morning coffee.

Perfect Stay

This unit was immaculate. Very clean, modern, amenities, it has everything. Pictures don’t do it justice as the pool is MUCH nicer than shown and very private (should definitely update the pool picture) Building is right on the beach so no hunting for parking. Location is right in between N. Myrtle and Broadway. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo/great location

Very updated and owner was very quick to answer any questions! Check in was easy and condo came with many amenities. Couple steps to beach. Love that there was no carpet. Only wish would have been if the pool was a little bigger for the amount of condos that share it.

Family Fun in the Sun

Great condo! Very clean, updated and simply decorated! We plan on renting it again next year! We grew up in this complex as my parents owned a unit. The upgrades to the building were great! Especially the key entry to the pool!!!

We’d stay again!

If we ever go back to Myrtle, we would definitely book here again. The location is great
 plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive but the neighborhood is quiet and great for families. We were so close to the beach and we loved the pool. The condo was clean and modern and we felt right at home. The screened-in patio was another unexpected perk... no bugs got into the condo and we didn’t get a single mosquito bite while out there at night. Thanks for a great stay.

Great property!

We had a fantastic time at your condo! Beautiful condo with everything we needed and great location. We did have to buy bagged ice because the ice maker was not working well at all. Also, master bedroom needs darker/blackout curtains like the two other bedrooms. It gets super bright and is hard to sleep once the sun comes up. Thanks for the great weekend Michael!

Great beach condo!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The property is ideally located on the beach with easy access to the beach, pool, and parking. The condo has been recently updated in every room and is decorated in an understated beachy vibe. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans. The first floor location makes it easy to grab the elevator or just dash down the stairs. Everything from the grocery store to mini golf and restaurants is an easy drive, with its location between Myrtle and North Myrtle. But even though it is centrally located, this condo building is on a quiet dead end road that makes it a hidden gem! Michael was a great host and we will definitely keep this property on our short list. Thanks for a great week!!!

I’ll be back! Classy, newly remodeled top to bottom

Great location, just steps from the beach. Pelicans Landing is a nice quiet complex. The pool was well kept and clean and parking was convenient. The access code on the door of the condo was appreciated, and made for easy check in and check out. It was so much better than keeping track of a key. We took advantage of the screened front porch to store our beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. There is also a convenient screened balcony off of the living room. The Bedrooms are decorated nicely and the beds were comfy. The master bathroom shower was super nice. The. condo is bright and cheery with ample recessed lighting and classy decor. The amazing kitchen has high end finishes and was fully equipped with all of the dishes and meal prep tools that we could need. Dish washer soap, laundry soap, and trash bags were provided, which was very appreciated. The property manager was very helpful. Michael responded quickly to all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us. We also appreciated the full size washer and dryer in the front screened in porch area.. That is a must when we go to the beach. We loved our time here and would gladly return. I’ll be back!
