Your fully fenced backyard is steps from the seemingly endless white sand beach. You can enjoy the breathtaking view from your second story balcony or relax in the comfort of your shaded patio complete with outdoor kitchen, fans and BBQ. The young at heart will enjoy air hockey, cornhole, and many other entertainment options. Enjoy one of many nearby restaurants or take advantage of the well stocked kitchen.

Enjoy your vacation from the comfort of this new construction home complete with 20ft vaulted ceilings, triple crown molding and beautiful features throughout! The main floor of the house features the great room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV and plenty of seating for your group to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen features beautiful new stainless-steel appliances, spacious island, and everything you will need to create and savor your favorite meals in your home away from home. The over-sized primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, TV, and huge private bathroom with custom tiled shower and soaker tub. The second and third bedrooms are gorgeously appointed and feature queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom. The laundry has a new, full sized washer and dryer.

The upstairs features a second living room, game room, and two twin over full bunk beds with pull out trundles. The house has High-speed internet and is equipped with SMART home features such as locks, thermostats, and doorbell to make your stay that much more enjoyable. You will have ample parking with the two-car garage and double wide driveway. Pack your bags and get ready for the perfect beach vacation!

Amazing near beach house
We all thought this home was beautiful and fit our needs to a tee! Kids loved the upstairs, adults loved the downstairs. Location was great, it was close enough to walk. Crossing the highway was a bit unnerving at times, when the traffic was speeding by, but we could have driven to the parking lot easily enough. I think we all just enjoyed the walk of about 2 blocks. My favorite things were the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of place settings, beach towels, outdoor grill, ample seating, the garage, water hose to rinse off, walkable neighborhood, that it was beautifully decorated! It was never busy during the week of July 9-14, we joked that if there was a reason that no one was on the beach, we wouldn't know it! Anyway, we had a good time, had a great vacation and a lot was due to the roomy wonderful house! We loved our stay here and would do it exactly the same!

Great location needs serious cleaning
Had to request the grass to be cut. Guest bathroom needs to be deep cleaned. Spider webs in all corners of the house. Garage full of bugs and excrements. BBQ pit was unusable because it hadn’t be cleaned in ages and full of excrement. Great location and layout just need a real good cleaning.

The perfect family spot
My family had such a lovely stay here with many young children. The fenced in yard was wonderful for the kids. There were lots of bedrooms and spaces for everyone to sleep quietly and peacefully. A few things to note- there are a lot of red ant hills in the backyard so watch out! The train tracks are very close and it can be loud some nights especially in the bright and airy queen room- a sound machine on the phone helped us sleep well without hearing it too much. The stairs have a step or two that are larger than others so watch your step and walk carefully. Other than that everything went smoothly and was a perfect spot for us to walk to the beach or to the town of Gulfport!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was well-kept, close to attractions, restaurants, stores, and the beach. The home itself has enough games that kept the kids entertained. I will definitely stay again at this location

The house is centrally located near a number of attractions including the Gulf Islands Waterpark, jet ski rentals, multiple golf courses, Premium Outlets, the Railroad Museum, and the rockin’ casinos in Gulfport and Biloxi.
