A relaxing coastal retreat awaits at this 4 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental home (2 night minimum).
Location, Location, Location...This home is central to most everything the coast has to offer. There is so much to do in Gulfport/Biloxi. The top attraction is, of course, the beautiful beach. The beach is an approximate 2 minute ride from our charming beach home. Local community pool is offsite and open weekdays seasonally from Memorial Day till Labor Day. Other attractions include the Biloxi Beau Rivage, MS Aquarium, Lynn Meadows Discover Center, MS Railroad Museum, Water Park, and many other casinos.

Let me start with a few positives. The area is convenient. It’s an older neighborhood and appears to be safe. The beach and casinos are near by. Grocery stores are right around the corner. The inside was clean and was a bit larger than we expected. Inside was freshly painted. However the rental certainly has opportunities for improvement. The outside tiki bar area had several safety concerns. The breaker kept tripping with only the TV and one fan turned on. The breaker was outside on side of the house. We couldn’t get to it because the gate was locked so we had to climb over the fence to reset it each time. We did this about 6 times. Then we noticed a GFCI outlet smoking in the yard so we left it turned off. The entire Tiki structure needs to be rewired by an electrician. Exposed wires, broken conduit, etc. Inside several of the TV remotes were missing batteries. Thankfully they all used the same remote so we could get by. Beds were okay but an investment should be made in new mattresses. Check in was delayed because the refrigerator was broken and being replaced at the time of check in. This is understandable but I do think there should have been a communication sent prior to check in. I kept waiting for communication on how to access the property but got nothing. Then 15 minutes after check in time I decided to call. At this time I was informed about the refrigerator being replaced and that it would be about an hour to complete. Great, secluded spot

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood but less than 5 minutes to the beach, dining, etc. I couldn't have asked for better.House has plenty of space to stretch out, and the outdoor bar/patio was a great spot to hang out in the evening.Would definitely stay here again.

Mardi Gras Society Casino Weekend

A group of friends from our Mardi Gras society had a weekend casino/football watch social. We had a great time at the Oasis house. Quiet neighborhood, close to casinos, dining and shopping. Beach was very close as well. Everyone had a great time and we are discussing a Spring trip possibilities.

Biloxi family get-away

The picture of the pool, even though when you go back and read disclaimer is a little misleading. But over all the house served our needs nicely. It’s difficult to find a vacation unit to host a large group but this one fit our needs nicely.

Comfortable staycation

Very nice residence in a quiet neighborhood. Very private backyard which is great for entertaining. Very clean and comfortable. The only negative is host did not communicate and answer questions before booking or before the trip, and check out was actually at 10am instead of 11am as stated on the website.

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed staying in this house with our children and grandchildren. We had six adults, two five-year-olds, a three-year-old, and a two-year-old who slept in a Pack and Play supplied by the property manager. The house was roomier than I expected, with a nice-sized galley kitchen and four separate bedrooms. We were only there for two nights, but we would liked to have had more time to enjoy the Tiki bar out back. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

I would have given them a 5 star rating had it not been for the pool picture listed in the property listing in VRBO. There is no pool for this property. When I inquired after arrival, I was sent to a local Fitness Center site that isn't open on weekends and requires a fee. I did recommend removal of the photo. The house was nice but the floors were not as clean as they should have been considering we pay 150$ for maid service. We loved the house and the outside area was perfect for our needs. We disagree with the amenities being 'within walking distance' though. Felix's restaurant is 1.5 miles away. Everything is conveniently located and just a short driving distance away.

Beach house

It was spacious, and in a nice neighborhood! It was also clean, and easy to check in and out. I was contacted numerous times throughout my stay, and it made things easier, and nice! If I needed anything I was able to reach someone fast! 5 star

This owner cancelled on me 11pm the night before arrival

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had on VRBO. My wife and our family and another family had booked this weeks place in advance to come in town to play in a volleyball tournament. I wake up to find my reservation have been canceled at 11 PM the night before our arrival. With no explanation, totally unprofessional, and put us in a terrible position to scramble and find somewhere else to stay. I would NOT recommend never using this owner.

Great property!

This property was perfect for our large family. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to make our visit enjoyable. Great location to the beach and close to lots of family friendly activities. The backyard cabana patio/bar was a nice space to enjoy some fun, family time. The host was great and called us personally to make sure check-in went smoothly and let us know if we had any issues, he was a phone call away. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Gulfport.

Family Fun

This property is amazing. My family and I had to much fun that we paid for an extra day to stay because no one was ready to leave. It was clean spacious and near everything you could think of.
