Our condo is a beautiful corner unit with views of the ocean from practically every room. It has upgraded furnishings suited to adults who are looking for the comfort and quiet of home while relaxing at the beach. Ours is the only two-story unit in an eight-unit three-story complex, and is located on the second and third floor. The complex’s elevator serves all floors in addition to the gated underground parking garage.

The condo has marble floors and high-end carpeting throughout. The gourmet kitchen has recently been redone with new quartzite countertops, custom cabinets, a Thermador gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator, and Fisher & Paykel two-drawer dishwasher. Adjacent to the beautifully appointed living room is a separate sunroom with connecting wet bar. Both rooms connect to the ocean-facing deck with lounge chairs, a table for four and a new Weber grill. The downstairs bedroom has been furnished as a study with a spacious L-shaped desk, desk chair and printer table. This bedroom has a queen-sized Murphy bed. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king, a fireplace and an ocean-facing deck. The guest bedroom has a queen with an ocean view. There are two full bathrooms upstairs serving these bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor.

We are at the south end of the Carlsbad ocean boardwalk. The town’s shops and restaurants are a short stroll away. We are ideally located to enjoy everything Carlsbad has to offer.

Cleaning fee is $400 per month.

To reserve your time, 50% of the rental payment is due upon contract signing. All remaining payments are due 60 days prior to the rental date.
