Includes private 2 car garage, high speed wifi, and blackout shades in all bedrooms.
Coastal train station near by.

The host was extremely helpful and responded to all texts within minutes. The condo is well located and once at the property you never need to use your vehicle during your entire stay. Everything from the beach to dining is walking distance

Perfect Carlsbad Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO condo! Super clean and the location was fantastic! Communication with the owner was easy and her response time was quick! Our family (ages 23-55) highly recommend this place!

Carlsbad Spring Break

Property was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Property manager was fantastic to work with and we will definitely keep this on the list for our next visit.

Great place and great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome. We spent Christmas with our family and had a great time. The hosts were incredible and answered all of our questions ASAP. We had a very minor issue and they solved it instantly. Place was clean and very close to the downtown village so we could walk everywhere. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, comfortable and close to beach

We enjoyed our stay during a family event. The property is near the beach and restaurants. Garage parking was very convenient. The house had plenty of ‘staples’ to tide us over for the few days. So nice to not need to buy dishwasher detergent and simple things. We would definitely stay again if back in the area

Great space in great location!

This is our first time renting this space (she has a larger condo in same complex) and we loved it! It is beautiful and such a good use a space for a family or a group. Great amenities and steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communicating with Amy is so easy and she’s very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic

Our host was very attentive and responsive. The property was extremely clean and decorated very nicely. The condo was very close to the beach and lots of eateries and shops. Mostly within walking distance. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this location to couples and families.
