Grande escapade moitié de bloc de Carlsbad Beach et à quelques minutes à pied des commerces Carlsbad Village, restaurants et brasserie / cave. Accès facile aux autoroutes nord, sud et est. Couchages l'unité de ce propriétaire légèrement utilisé 6, est magnifiquement décoré et a votre propre 1000 sq ft vue sur la mer terrasse avec foyer, barbecue et bar tiki. Cette unité du deuxième étage est situé dans un immeuble de 4 unité bien entretenu et a buanderie, garage simple et un parking offstreet. L'unité a récemment installé la climatisation de prendre la sueur de ces jours d'été chauds et humides. Cette propriété est située à un demi pâté de maisons de l'Tamarack Beach Resort. Un séjour de 4 nuits minimum est nécessaire pour réduire le chiffre d'affaires de l'unité.

This is an amazing place to stay! The location is perfect ... close to the beach and close to the Village with shopping, dining and entertainment. Park your car and walk to everything. The large deck with a view of the ocean is where we spend all of our time. Host Dennis is the best. He is very responsive and very interested in making your stay the best it can be. This year was extra special because our son who hasn't been able to come for a few years was here, and our daughter got engaged during our stay! We are returning renters and will continue to return as long as Dennis will have us! Thank you for the amazing memories Dennis!

We keep coming back ! This is our second stay at this property, and it won't be our last. As a family with two teenagers, finding the right rental is everything, and this place checks every box. The beach is literally across the street, the charming Carlsbad Village is an easy walk, and there's no shortage of great spots to eat nearby.One of our favorite things about this unit is the private second-floor deck, it's not shared with any of the other units, so it truly feels like your own outdoor retreat. We spent a lot of time out there.Location, privacy, and the perfect setup for a family vacation!

We’ve stayed at various VRBO places in Carlsbad over the last 20 years and this one is the best. Dennis had it very well stocked, the AC works great and he supplied good TP and paper towels! Most places skimp on that. The deck out front is fabulous with marvelous views of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach or into town. Communication with Dennis was easy and he was extremely responsive. We loved it and won’t stay anywhere else if it’s available when we come back.

Perfect Getaway!

The location and property was perfect for my family's needs. The home was clean, had all the amenities that I needed especially when having young children, and you could not ask for a better location with a view! When returning to Carlsbad I will stay here again without question.

Perfect Spot in Carlsbad

I loved staying at this place. The location is perfect—steps from the beach as well as numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Dennis’ place was immaculate and extremely well supplied. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again sometime.

Carlsbad beach trip

This house was great, the owner thought of everything. We have stayed at many places in CA and this was the best overall place we have found. We love the beach, surfing, and just watching the ocean and we were close to all.

Fantastic place for vacation

Dennis's apartment was perfect for our family vacation. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck watching sunsets and grilling. The property is in a great location close to restaurants, a fantastic beach right across the road and much needed air-conditioning that kept us cool during the recent heatwave. We would love to come back one day.

Vacation with brother & wife from Washington state

This was a great property/condo for our stay. We loved our very large deck from which we had a front row seat to view the Pacific Ocean. So happy our daughter in law found this place for us. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Christmas Visit

Visited our son over the Christmas holiday. The property was in a great location across from the beach and was a clean and well stocked home. Kitchen was very good for cooking and the deck was fantastic.

Wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic location for easy and close beach access, and walkable to Carlsbad Village. Patio deck provides a great view of the beach and plenty of seating options. Love that it’s in a quiet neighborhood as well. Beds were comfy, lots of towels for beach and in house use. Had beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. Well stocked kitchen too! Will be first option if we return to Carlsbad!

Beautiful vacation rental!

We loved our week at this unit. It's clean, perfect location, and the huge deck is amazing! My family and I had an amazing vacation and we can't wait for our next one! We love the Carlsbad area. Wonderful again!

We have stayed at this property now a handful of times and have never been disappointed. Dennis is a wonderful host. The property is clean and has all of the necessary amenities that we look for in a vacation. The outside deck is a huge bonus for this property. We eat breakfast there and dinner there and read and stare at the ocean and have a wonderful relaxing experience.
