We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely decorated, comfortable and with all the amenities we needed. Added bonus is the beach was only a short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to great shopping and restaurants.

Great Beach Cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Great location with 3 minute walk to beach. Comfy beds and super cute decor throughout. Lots of ammenities with towels and toiletries. Thank you Rich!!

Great house and location

The check in and check out process was easy. The house was clean and plenty big for our large family. The beach is right across the street. Literally a three minute walk as described.

Don’t hesitate to book! Just perfect.

Just finished my July 4th family vacation week at this house. From booking, questions to ensuring our stay was problem free, Rich was fantastic. The house is in a quiet area and very close to the beach - 2 minute walk. It’s in a golf cart community which allows an easy rental but it is not needed unless you have elderly guests or small kids to help with the load to the beach. The house is on the high end of design with a modern fresh feel. I’ve been going to this area for many years and I actually feel like this house was one of the best for location, comfort and value. The beach access is not as crowded but just as beautiful as 30A beaches (which is where I usually stay). I sure did not miss all the crowds and traffic. Try it, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Wonderful home!

Rich's home is wonderful! The house is so welcoming. We felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish towels, quality pots and pans, even basic spices and oils. The Nespresso machine made the best morning coffee! The beach towels were a great touch. Boogie boards and an umbrella were awesome! The bath towels were plentiful and super soft. Tons of toilet paper, soaps and shampoos. The beds were very comfortable. Our 5 year old loved the portable jacuzzi in the backyard, while our older kids enjoyed the comfy outdoor furniture and tv on the screed in porch. The house is on a quiet street with the walk to the beach is less than 1/4 mile making the location simply amazing! Rich was was quick to respond, even asking how our stay was throughout. Our family of 6 had an amazing time!

Wonderful beach cottage!

We stayed for 3 nights. They literally thought of everything you could every need for a stay. Everything was so cute and adorable. Furniture and decor were perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! Would highly recommend!
