Splash - GULF VIEWS - 3BR 3BA Lockout Low Floor End Unit + 2 FREE Beach Chairs

Présentation du 401W, une unité d'extrémité à plancher bas qui est comme neuve! Les 3 chambres ont des lits king size. La 3ème chambre est une unité de verrouillage avec entrée privée, balcon privé, salle de bain complète et kitchenette!

Caractéristiques de l'unité: une vue imprenable, une unité calme, des écrans plats dans toutes les chambres et le salon ont tous le câble avec HBO, une cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger, une grande baignoire en maître pour que les dames se détendent, Internet DSL gratuit, super - un joli décor de plage.

Canapé-lit et 1 pouf-lit dans le salon. Deuxième pouf dormeur dans le lock-out. L'unité peut accueillir 10 personnes. Tous les nouveaux petits appareils électroménagers, cafetière Keurig, sets de vaisselle et couverts. Des milliers de dollars en mises à niveau. Ceci est notre deuxième maison et elle est décorée et meublée pour CONFORT et COMMODITÉ!

Service de plage gratuit, y compris 2 chaises longues et parasol en bord de mer pour toutes les locations du 1er mars au 31 octobre inclus pour vos vacances. Certaines semaines nécessitent un séjour minimum de 7 nuits. Âge minimum du locataire 25.

Appels interurbains GRATUITS partout au pays et au Canada depuis mon unité et Internet sans fil GRATUIT dans mon condo à une vitesse de téléchargement ultra-rapide de 6 Mbps!

Splash est le lieu de vacances à Panama City dont tout le monde parle! Splash est l'un des nouveaux complexes hôteliers de Panama City sur la plage et est de vraies vacances en famille! Les enfants apprécieront les parcs de la piscine pour enfants avec toboggans, jouets à vaporiser et autres jouets aquatiques interactifs, une promenade sur la rivière paresseuse, un cinéma de plongée (en été) et une salle de jeux / arcade pour enfants! Maman et papa peuvent s'échapper vers le centre de remise en forme, le jacuzzi, le bar-grill en bord de mer ou vers la pelouse d'activités en bord de mer.

Splash est situé à Panama City Beach à l'extrémité ouest de Front Beach Drive et est un plaisir en famille à son meilleur. Devant votre porte se trouve une étendue de 400 pieds d'eau cristalline émeraude du golfe et de plages de sable blanc comme neige.

Allongez-vous au soleil ou plongez dans le golfe. Ici, vous pouvez vous détendre pendant que les enfants s'amusent! Splash a un accès facile aux boutiques, films et restaurants de Pier Park (à environ 3 km) et un accès rapide aux boutiques et restaurants de l'autoroute. 30-A's Rosemary et Seacrest Beaches (à environ 11 km).

Great Place to Vacation

Great room, pools and wading pool for kids are awesome. Food at pool and in hotel was great! We f you have kids this is the place to stay. It was booked but seem to always have room in the pool and access to amenities.

Great stay

This condo is an excellent choice for family and young children. The splash pad was nice and clean. The room was also very nice with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best family vacation in years!

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was very relaxing and the beach chairs that were included was a very nice plus! The kiddos loved the splash pad they played their hearts out. The condo was great, very spacious, well stocked plenty of room for everyone and the best amazing views of the beach!!! And the Host Jen was absolutely wonderful…she’s great!!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!! As my husband is in a wheelchair and we have to use a lift and he’s wheelchair bound at all times except for me putting him in the bed, that tells a lot bc everything was accessible for us in the room and spacious to get him around and in the bed etc!!! GREAT PLACE!!!

Great for the kids!

We had 5 adults & 5 kids & loved this condo. Plenty of room & all 3 balconies had an ocean view. Kids loved it as there was a variety of pools for them to choose from when they weren’t swimming in the ocean. Property owner was super nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

We love Splash. We have stayed several times and plan on staying again. The only things we wish were better is the elevators and a ramp instead of steps to the beach. The lady at the check in is also so friendly and Micheal at the chair rental is the best.

Lets just say to be nice, we will not being staying at Splash again! When we needed to get help with the noise from the above unit the security guard could not be reached -the mail box was full to even leave a message, the rooms had some cleaning issues, the beach chairs are definitely placed too close in-between, several umbrellas needed replaced for safety. The spikes of the umbrella were exposed(When the beach chair guy was told, he put it back out the next day) The beach chair service was a joke period.

Family Vacation

If you are looking for the perfect place to go with kids this is it! The condo was just as advertised! Spacious with plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc. perfect location on the beach. Pools both shaded and full sun. Property manager very responsive and check in check out Wasa breeze. If there was any complaint, the property could use more elevators but this is the 4th floor so stairs weren’t a bad option! If we travel with family to PCB in the future would definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacation

One teip to always remember. Everyone had a wonderful time. The unit was fantastic. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Our host was excellent. I can’t say anything negative about our condo for the fact she asked if anything needed her attention to let her know the first day so it could be resolved beach service and pools were great. And yes there are only 2 elevators. But we used the stairs a couple of times, thanks for the condo being on 4th floor.

My husband and I are originally from Boston. We now reside in Henderson, Nevada with our two girls, ages 7 and 9.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Originally, we were looking in South Florida. A friend of ours owns a unit at Splash, and they got us interested in the Gulf Coast. We came down for a visit and fell in love with Splash, and decided this would be a great place for our girls to vacation, as well as a wise investment.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The fact that our unit was a 2nd home and had never been in a rental program before 2016 (the unit is immaculate) was a huge draw. We also love that it is a low floor, end unit so it is easily accessible by stairs should we need them. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and we enjoy watching the wildlife!
