IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire before booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued should the balcony be inaccessible during the reservation period and/or due to noise.
*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.
