When it’s time to head out, hop on the shuttle to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk (available on weekends and major holidays), or make the quick drive and spend a day on the sand.

The home's outdoor space includes a charming second-floor balcony – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails mixed at your wet bar downstairs. The interior boasts tasteful, beachy decor, new furnishings, and natural light. The open main level combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one ample space, making it easy to hang out together. There is an additional fee of $38 per person per week for guests six and over to use shared amenities.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: An exterior surveillance camera is installed at this home's doorbell.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
