This spacious and modern townhouse at Bayside Golf Resort features 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. With an elevator for added convenience, it's perfect for families and friends seeking a stylish, beachy retreat. Enjoy scenic golf course views, multiple pools, dining options, and nearby beaches and shopping in Fenwick Island, Ocean City, Bethany Beach, and more!
The Space
1st Floor:
Entry area with elevator access and storage space for shoes, keys, sunblock, and other necessities before heading out.
2nd Floor:
King master bedroom with Roku TV and access to the back balcony. Features a full bath (shower and bathtub) and a walk-in closet with a full-length mirror.
Bunk-bed room with a pull-out mattress, closet, and a desk with chair for work.
Queen bedroom with closet and access to the front balcony.
Laundry room with a fully operational washer and dryer, along with a towel closet.
Full hallway bath (shower).
3rd Floor:
Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. Includes pots and pans, tableware, and utensils.
Spacious dining room with high ceilings, Roku TV, foosball table, and access to the front balcony.
Living room with sofa, coffee table, Roku TV, fireplace, and access to the back balcony.
Half bath on this floor.
4th Floor:
King master bedroom with Roku TV, sofa, and full bath (shower).
Queen bedroom with desk and chair for work, and a closet.
Full hallway bath (shower).
Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway under the overhang, behind it, and in the unit space in front of the front door.
A Harris Teeter grocery store, which also sells gas, and a CVS are conveniently located just minutes from the house.

Please note: Guests aged 5 and up will need to purchase Resort Passes per person (not included in the rental rate) to access pools, exercise facilities, water activities, and other amenities within Bayside. Some amenities are available year-round, while others are seasonal. In order to ensure the most recent pass pricing and amenity availability, please check Bayside's website and confirm in advance.
