Situé à Cape Windsor près de la plage. Marcher environ 50 mètres jusqu'à la piscine communautaire et l'aire de jeux. Lancez votre bateau à la rampe de mise à l'eau communautaire et amarrez jusqu'à 22 pieds de bateau à la maison. La maison a une grande salle d'écran et deux ponts 1 grande ouverte donnant sur le canal et 1 couverte côté rue / piscine

Absolutely beautiful property in an amazing location. Close to fabulous restaurants and the beach! Tim was a pleasure work with and was always available with any questions we had. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the property as well as the house being fully stocked with all of your essentials. Our family will absolutely be staying here again!

Amazing Place

We had an amazing time at this place. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. It was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. We enjoyed the porch and the patio! The communication with the owners was very easy and they answered right away. We will be reserving this house again!

Great Spot For Bigger Family

First let me say, Tim is great. He’s responsive, communicative, and made us feel welcome in his home. We had 6 adults and 4 children, and everyone felt comfortable. The pool is about 150 steps from the house and the beach is about a 5 minute drive. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Property on the Water

House was beautiful, well maintained. Development has a large pool, and boat ramp, close to the beach and right on the bay. Perfect set up for three couples. House had a screened in porch and two decks as well as a nice set up in the back. Community is very friendly. Ocean City is about two miles away.

A beautiful home in a great location!

We had an amazing time at this home! It was clean and renovated, and matched the listing description perfectly. It was a quiet neighborhood and we used the community pool several times. It was a great spot for a family vacation. The host communicated with me before we arrived and answered any questions we had during our stay in a timely manner. One thing to note: The stairs to the second floor are pretty steep. My father handled it okay, but if you have elderly or disabled guests with you, it is something to consider.

Fabulous stay!!

Everything about this vacation was the best(except the weather for several days: no one’s fault for that). Tim was easy to reach, & helped with anything we asked quickly. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked (best of any places we’ve stayed), & close to beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. our family decided this is where we’ll be vacationing every time we go to the beach, usually every 2 years. LOVED BEING ON THE CANAL & being able to kayak. We had 14 people & there was plenty of spaces for all. Thanks Tim!!

AWESOME PROPERTY!

This was the first family vacation we have taken in almost 5 years and it is definitely one for the books! This was not only the consensus of the adults but the kids as well. The location of the home is ideal -- close enough to everything you need or want to do, yet far enough away from the hustle of the busy beach season. The kids loved fishing and crabbing off the boat dock which was right in front of the home so we could also take our boat. The home has everything you need and lots of space. Shout out to Tim and Sue for working with our crazy schedule and making this great vacation happen and with no hiccups! Definitely warrants a return trip!

This property was clean and the location was close to DE beaches - Bethany, Rehoboth, and Dewey and Ocean City, MD. It was comfortable and the hosts provided basic household needs.

Great place to stay!

My family and I had an enjoyable stay in this beautiful home. It is right on the canal, swimming pool is steps away and beach is a 2 mile drive. The house is furnished beautifully with all the kitchen accessories needed to have large family dinners on the screened in porch! I particularly liked all of the decorations around the house which made it homey, yet beachy! I highly recommend this hose to everyone!

This home is exquisite! Attention to detail in every room makes you feel right at home. Kitchen appliances/utensils/coffee makers/toasters/etc were all of great quality. The owners supplied everything we needed, and it was a wonderful touch. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The owners were fantastic- very accommodating and kind. The views were amazing in the morning and afternoon. We loved spending time outside in the evenings, enjoying the nice breeze and the quiet. We would highly recommend this home to any family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Memories Forever Made

First and foremost, the owner is wonderful to work with. The home is absolutely beautiful, very well stocked, and clean. My grandchildren loved fishing everyday, enjoyed the playground and the pool. Community is family friendly. My family is looking forward to renting this same property next year.

Beautiful House

The owner was a delight to work with; he was responsive to every question and communication was easy. The house is beautifully maintained and included unexpected little amenities (such as tissues, dishtowel, etc.). Rooms are well sized. The beach is just over a mile away and lovely. Great stay.

Excellent (Five +) Experience !

Lovely home exactly as represented on a peaceful canal. Close to everything (beach, restaurants, shops) but on a quiet, secluded waterway when you want to get away from the crowds on land or water (kayak provided). Very clean, well supplied and hosts were helpful and attentive. Our first VRBO experience -- could not have been better!
