In "Mahana 507" YOU WILL BE STUNNED BY THE VIEW WHEN YOU WALK INTO THIS OCEANFRONT AND BEACHFRONT CONDO. Our condo is located on Kaanapali Beach. We are on the 5th floor (Unit 507), which we consider the perfect height for watching whales and experiencing the stunning sunsets.
The floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall window in the living room brings you closer to the ocean than any other resort on Maui. So you can enjoy the views from the comfort of your living room or from the lanai while enjoying the fresh ocean air.

Mahana 507 is remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen so cook yourselves a nice meal!

This is a stunning place to stay! The patio has the most incredible view and the condo was spotless. The host was super helpful and responsive. This home is close to many amenities and big beaches. Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience

From the booking to the check-out, the process was smooth and easy. The condo is very clean, with everything your could possibly need and the views are AMAZING! It was great to wake up to the waves and those views everyday. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance and the boardwalk was so fun to stroll on each day. We will definitely go back!

Fantastic location and Property

Overall very good, the unit itself long in the tooth. Kitchen stove, fridge and cooking pots pans etc a disaster. Living room furniture old cushions need a redo and patio furniture while possibly new very cheap. Would not stay in the unit again.

Absolutely wonderful place!

This property was perfect! It definitely exceeded our expectations! First of all, we have to start by saying the view is absolutely amazing and the location is wonderful! We absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony and listening to the waves.We were thoroughly impressed with how clean and well stocked the condo was. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes and necessities you would need to cook with. Plus grills to use down by the pool. They even had the little things that made vacation a little easier, like beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and a little cooler. Communication was great as well! We would 100% stay here again! Thank you Greg and Julie for sharing your condo with us!

Perfection

The condo was perfect for two. Incredible, light-filled beachfront ocean views. All amenities were there, from washer/dryer, to utensils, to everything. Property is perfect-sized, with a wonderful large pool, which is oceanfront. We will stay here again.

Spring Get Away

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. We grilled fresh fish almost every night on the immaculate grills by the pool. Met lots of great people who have stayed at many different places on the island and Mahana is by far their favorite. We agree!

Loved Our Stay

The condo had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, the beach chairs and cooler were great to have as well. The view from the condo was spectacular! We were able to see whales right from the balcony. A monk seal even came up on the beach and took a nap one day :) I would definitely recommend Mahana 507 and hope to be able to come back again!

Book it, you won’t regret it!

This property was a dream and so relaxing! The views were phenomenal and the pictures do not do this place justice. I grabbed so many supplies from home like trash bags, dish soap and dishwashing detergent. I also ordered toilet paper and paper towels to be delivered shortly after arriving, not expecting that this place is well stocked beyond my expectations! For a weeks stay, we just barley had to touch what we bought. We felt right at home here! Such a beautiful stay, great location and would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

Location, Location, Location!

If you are looking for something that is in close proximity to what Lahaina has to offer, but don’t want the craziness of a big resort, this is the place. It is perfect for a family stay away. We stayed for a week and found that it was a good central location for all of the activities that we wanted to do. The pool area was just the right size to ensure that it wasn’t overcrowded AND you are just steps to the beach. We saw whales off of the balcony, enjoyed the sunsets and were within walking distance (or a short drive) to Kahekili Beach for some snorkeling. We saw turtles and tons of fish all within view of the Mahana. It was a big plus to have a kitchen because dining out can get expensive fast in Hawaii. The Safeway is just a few miles up the road. Parking was super easy and FREE. Cons: *There were a few things that could use upgrading in the unit. *patio furniture not conducive to long leisurely lounging. *was not as clean as I would have liked *not enough blankets for pull-out bed Pros greatly out way the cons. *location *parking *kitchen (also bbqs downstairs) *great place for sunsets *close to snorkeling *stocked with the things you will need so you don’t have to buy them. We used the beach chairs several times and it was great to have a boogie board and cooler *washer and dryer *views of Molokai and Lanai *one bedroom but plenty big for our family of four *short walk to food trucks, stores (ABC) and Dukes Restaurant Overall, this was an excellent property and worked well for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation home

This rental made my experience in Maui even better. It felt like home for the few days we were there and was in such an amazing location. The host was a great communicator and all details in the listing were accurate! I would 100% stay there again and recommend to anyone looking!

We were happy with the unit, location and responsiveness of the owner/manager. The one thing we felt could be improved was the balcony seating. Other than that we were very happy.

Spectacular view.

The view was amazing. We did have a leaky sink but it was fixed within 24 hours. Can we talk about the view again? Perfect location for our needs, we were not touring our focus was to relax & beach it everyday. Close to shopping and restaurants. The furniture is new and updated. The Walls could use a fresh coat of paint to match the updated decor. The AC is central and worked pretty well especially in the bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ice machine on fridge was a plus! Beach chairs and cooler were perfect. There is also a sand bucket with toys for the beach for a kid (I actually bought the exact same one and brought it all the way from my home) I would def stay again! My 4 year old would too. 1st thing he said was “WOW this is pretty”

Great Vacation in Maui

We loved the condo and the views from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows in the living room are spectacular. You really are Oceanfront!!! Loved hearing the waves. Beach access was easy and the pool was very nice. We cooked many meals in the condo and the kitchen was well stocked. Will stay again on our next trip.

Amazing view

This unit was everything that was promised on the rental site. Very clean, well supplied with Kitchen items, spices etc. Bed was super comfortable, beach supplies were handy and used. The sunset and sounds of waves were so beautiful. We loved this place on our honeymoon. We highly recommend this place,

Great view!

Loved the condo! The view was spectacular and we enjoyed resting on the patio/lanai enjoying the ocean breeze and sunsets each night. We even saw a turtle swimming in the ocean! Only draw back about the beach is that the beach didn’t really seem safe to get into in front of the condo due to rocks/coral, so we had to walk a ways down the beach to get to a safer area. The pool was great, but it’s mostly too deep to stand in... so the “shallow” end was very crowded pretty much every time we used to pool. Regarding the condo itself, it was decorated nicely and mostly remodeled. Looking in to some other condos when the staff was cleaning I could tell some were fancier, and some probably weren’t nicely remodeled like this unit. Only improvement they really still need to make is updating the interior doors. The bed, couches, and chairs were comfy! My only complaint about the unit itself is that it became very warm and the air conditioner could not keep up in the afternoons/evenings. I’m assuming this was due to the high temperatures outside and direct afternoon sunlight, however it really became quite uncomfortable in the evening due to the warmth. We learned quickly to close the shades and shut the “wind door” in front of the front door to keep out the sun and heat. Overall, 5 star rating! Just wish the beach was more accessible and the ac could keep up with the summer heat.

We spent our birthdays in Maui and could not have asked for a nicer condo that Mahana 507. View is beyond incredible. You feel like you are in the water you are so close. Can’t wait to come back.

Can't get enough of that view!

Amazing condo, exactly as advertised, comfortable, clean, uncluttered, amazing views from both living room and bedroom. Easy walk to Duke's for dinner, nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after a busy day. Close parking. Concierge on site was an unexpected plus. Our every need was met. Awesome vacation spot!

We live in Northern California and have two children recently graduated from college.

For our honeymoon, Greg and I went to Maui on a small budget but managed to stay in an oceanfront condo. That trip was the beginning of our love for the island of Maui. We started to vacation exclusively on Maui with our children and we truly feel like it is heaven on earth. After many visits as vacation renters, we decided that we wanted our own "slice of paradise". Years later, we are fortunate enough to have 2 condos on Maui which we own and manage. We also manage 3 Maui condos that my parents own. It keeps us busy but we love it!

Mahana Resort:

The Mahana Resort is located next to world famous Kaanapali Beach on west Maui. Miles of open beach will provide you with endless snorkeling, strolling, and amazing sunsets. The units provide stunning oceanfront views which provide the best viewing of whales during the winter and nightly sunsets. The Mahana provides an upscale environment and is less than 50 feet from the ocean. The property has a oceanfront pool and hot tub and BBQ areas. The area right in front of the property has a grassy area with lounge chairs. During whale season you will enjoy the front row seats to watch these amazing creatures. For the rest of the year, you will see spinner dolphins and turtles. There is nothing that can describe the excitement when you see these animals.

The resort has tennis courts, pool, hot tub and BBQs. We especially love the BBQs located on the front of the property. Its so relaxing to sit out by the BBQ with the tiki lights going in the evening.

The Mahana is unique because of the floor to ceiling windows. The size of the condo is also larger than some of the units at other resorts.

The town of Lahaina is a 10 min drive away. Its a wonderful place to walk and look at the shops and get ice cream or snow cones.

Our condo is on the 5th floor. We especially like this as it is high enough to provide privacy and provide great views to watch whales. We can also see turtles from the living room and lanai.

There is a boardwalk that starts right next to the Mahana and goes all the way to Black Rock.
