Welcome to your perfect getaway!

New flooring, furniture and decor throughout this beautiful home are ready for your enjoyment in the beautiful community of Johnson Ranch. Johnson Ranch sits at the base of the San Tan Mountains and a spectacular view of the Superstition Mountains.

Backyard Oasis:

The backyard is a true oasis in the desert! Relax and unwind in your private beautiful heated pool that has 3 water features and a view of the desert landscape. The patio is covered with two ceiling fans supplying shade with a comfortable sitting area and also a separate dining area. The pool deck features another sitting area with lounge chairs for relaxing or reading your favorite book. After dark, enjoy the patio lights with your favorite beverage.

The Home:

The open floor plan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7 comfortably. There are TV's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms for your enjoyment. The home has new luxury vinyl plank flooring, furniture, linens and kitchenware. The kitchen is fully equipped with a high bar and granite countertops.

Community Amenities:

As our guest, you will have access to the wonderful amenities of Johnson Ranch, a private community with an 18 hole golf course with some elevated holes in the San Tan Mountains! Johnson Ranch has 41 community parks, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, 3 heated pools with hot tubs, a 9 hole pitch and putt course and a catch and release fishing pond. With lots of shopping, restaurants, and hiking nearby you will enjoy this area!

Pool Heating Information:

During the warm months of June, July, August and September, heating the pool is generally unnecessary, allowing you to enjoy the pool without heating.

For the months of October, November, March and April, pool heating is available at a rate of $40.00 per day.

For the months of December, January and February, pool heating is available at a rate of $45.00 per day.

Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated during your stay, so we can ensure it is ready for your arrival

The house was just as pictured. Very comfortable, beautiful layout, and everything you could think of for a house was provided. The patio and pool were perfect. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Hosts were very communicative! Would definitely return!

Great Stay!

What a great location to stay. We played a few different golf courses and this place was centrally located. Must go to San Tan Flats for dinner and night entertainment.

Very nice! Excellent Experience

Fantastic stay at this rental. Very clean and had everything we needed. We did pay extra to heat the pool, it was well worth it as our kids loved it. It truly felt like our home away from home.

Excellent Stay

This property was great for our family Christmas gathering. We came San Tan Valley for Christmas with our children and grandchildren. The house is well equipped for a group. We will look to stay here again. Pool and backyard is amazing.

The home had a warm and welcoming atmosphere

We had a very nice stay. With the dates that we were there, it was nice to be able to park in the garage. The beds were very comfortable. The house had just about anything we could think of needing. It was very well stocked. Plenty of towels and pool towels. The host was very quick to reply whenever I had a question. We had a wonderful experience! I loved that they had a departure checklist. It really helped make our departure an easy one.

So much room!

Loved this place! Our family is only 3 people, but we are used to being cramped in a hotel room, but this house had plenty of room for everyone. We decided to pay extra for pool heating and it was totally worth it, as it was in the 40s and 50s overnight while we were there for 3 days in early March. We loved the pool and outdoor area, as it is very well maintained. Nice decor inside throughout, and clean. Liked being able to park in the garage. The only thing we didnt like as much was the beds in the big rooms were were small and on the firm side, and we prefer soft. Really nice and safe surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was set-up well with three bedrooms, four beds, nice size living room, TV's in each bedroom. The pool area is very nice with a southern exposure so during our time in January and February it was very nice having the afternoon sun, and nice not having a property directly behind this house. We had the pool heated for a few days when the kids joined us and they loved the pool, great temperature even in the winter months.The house is located in Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley so you have access to the community pool and hot tub, walking distance from the house. The community pool was heated also and was a nice extra, as well the golf course, San Tan Highlands, nice course and driving range. Also, about a five to ten minute drive to Fry's, Walmart and fast food and gas, so location was nice. The house comes with about everything you need for an extended stay, so you just need your personal belongings and groceries. We stayed for a month and it worked well. There were a couple items that need improvement, the sliding glass door to the pool area didn't lock other than a bar on the bottom, and for privacy a blind for the patio door would be nice. Also, clothing hooks in the bathrooms would have been appreciated. But in general we enjoyed the stay!
