Enjoy the quiet country life and beautiful outdoor spaces featuring; a screened in porch, patio with grill and fire pit, playground and front porch swing. Located near Jack Daniel’s and Nearest Green distilleries, our home has been fully renovated and is ready for you to relax and unwind. You will experience all the modern conveniences of home including great WiFi, 4K TV’s and a fully stocked kitchen.

This home was originally built in 1852 and has been fully renovated with top-of-the line features and appliances. The open floor plan includes two fireplaces, a soaking tub and shower with rain head. The three porches allow for you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Tennessee, with all the comforts of home.

All indoor and outdoor spaces are available for use

We are available via phone, text or through the AirBnb app.

Quiet country setting, minutes from Lynchburg and Shelbyville.

The property and house was just so nice. It is in a beautiful location in the country. The house is beautifully decorated and updated. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning one night. We called the property owner and he came right over that night and got it going. I highly recommend this beautiful place if you’re looking for a good place to stay near Shelbyville.

Beautifully equipped home

Grandma and grandpa stayed with grandchildren. The outdoor playspace was a favorite of the grands. We appreciated the comfortable, well appointed country home! The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice. The appliances are top notch. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had a short, but wonderful stay at Tennessee Getaway. After a visit to Jack Daniel’s, our family was able to fully relax and enjoy the home. My grandson loved the “play ground” as we cooked dinner in a well appointed kitchen. We capped off the night enjoying a nice fire. The only thing that could have been better would be a longer trip. Highly recommend this place!

Fun with Friends

Great little getaway place for friends or family to stay on vacay! It’s roomy and gives off a “home like country” feeling and warm welcome to those who enter. A great place that offers a back patio area, a front porch area and an enclosed sitting area for enjoying morning coffees and evening visits with family and friends. The venue is fully equipped, beds are super comfortable, and the hosts are readily available should you need anything. Overall, a great place to stay!

Absolutely adorable home with everything you need! Perfect spa experience with claw bathtub. Adorable swing on front porch and comfortable beds. Perfect for a family and a girls getaway! Great communication with owner.

Family Vaca

We spent two different nights in this lovely home, as it was half way point for our drive to and back from our Florida family vacation. This home is cozy and we all loved it. This house is a mix of old and new, with a touch of antiques and modern amenities. My only wish is that we would have been able to stay more than just over night each time we stayed so, we could have explored the area more. Overall GREAT place to stay!!
