Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1920’s home located in the quaint town of Chapel Hill, TN. 5 min. drive to Henry Horton State Park, 45 mi. to Nashville, 30 mi. to historic Franklin, and 25 mi. to Arrington Vineyards. Close to grocery and restaurants.

2 bedrooms have queen sized beds w/ electric fireplaces. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with twin mattresses.

Henry Horton:
Weddings, golf, fishing, pool, canoes, kayaks, hiking, skeet shooting, tennis, disc golf, pavilions, and more!
The space
This tastefully renovated house is located in a quiet neighborhood and features an amazing front porch, a large backyard with a fire pit for making s’mores, and sleeps up to 6 adults.

Other things to note
The third bedroom is small with a twin trundle bed and is not air conditioned. A box fan or floorboard heater is available. Kitchen has all the amenities needed for cooking meals.

Our stay at The Porch was wonderful! The house is cute, clean & provided everything we needed for our trip. The location is safe, quiet, and close to local shops and restaurants. Jennifer was fantastic to work with as she was very communicative, flexible and attentive to our needs! We would definitely recommend checking out The Porch if you are in the area!

Love this house and location

We loved staying at this house. It's in a quiet neighborhood. I just wished it had a firepit and outside grill. Also, the host is very nice and quick to respond to any questions that you have.

Very Pleasant Stay

Grandma and Great-Grandma stayed here to visit our newest grandbaby nearby. The location was very convenient to grocery, gas and other necessities. The house is extremely clean and comfortable and we felt very safe in its location. Owner is super communicative and very kind. We had a wonderful experience here!

So cute and comfortable

We were visiting family in a nearby town for the holidays and this adorable, historic home was just that, a home away from home. The listing is completely accurate and the hosts were great. You will not be disappointed!!

Perfect getaway

The location of the home was perfect. It was in a close proximity to a family wedding at Henry Horton. We had six adults who the home easily accommodated. There was plenty of parking spaces, room to gather outdoors and the inside was very spacious. The two main bedrooms were extremely welcoming and both had fire places making it even more cozy.

Quaint cute little place

We were visiting family just a few minutes down the road and needed a place of our own to spread out. This little house was perfect! Well--appointed, tidy and cute. We felt safe and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, coffee supplies, the right cleaning items. This fit our needs perfectly! Highly recommend!

A Quaint Little Place

We waited until the last minute to book our weekend trip to the Nashville area. Our choices were either a four-story apartment for twice as much money or this home. I’m so glad it worked out that we stayed here. If you are doing anything in Nashville, there will be driving. It didn’t bother us staying outside of town, because we were close enough to the Tanger Outlets as well as Franklin and Columbia. The house was cozy and well furnished, and we enjoyed our stay.

My stay at the porch.

The house is very nice and clean. It was a good stay. I only had a couple of concerns. The one bedroom did not have a remote control to the TV and the only way to contact the owners was through e-mail and I received no response the whole visit. The other one was, we found a nail in the driveway and we threw it away, but when we left the house on our 10 hour drive home, we had to go to a mechanic shop a half hour away, only to find we had a nail in our tire. Bummer. Other than that, it was a nice stay to visit my children and grandkids in Chapel Hill.
