Updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental in a quiet residential area, just a couple blocks to the nearest beach access off Palm Blvd. This elevated home has a beautiful wrap around covered deck, and bonus screened porch. Perfect for a small family or a few couples that enjoy updated accommodations and comfortable outdoor space.

No smoking, No pets. Wi-Fi and Linens Included.

Wonderful rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a month from mid February to mid March. House had everything we needed. Lots of items for the beach, too. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood that’s only minutes walk to the beach. The only thing we would change or recommend replacing are the couch and loveseat. They are both very low and deep which makes it hard to get in and out of. They are also both very worn. We did have a problem with the upstairs AC not working, but the maintenance crew was great and replaced the compressor so it was working very quickly. Kitchen has everything you need to bake and cook. Keurig and drip coffee makers too. Highly recommend!!

Great house!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful house and larger than it appears in photos. Great outdoor space and great location for beach days and easy drive to Charleston and restaurants.

Great cozy spot!

When we visit we always stay on the Isle of Palms, we love it here. We chose this home since it was tucked away on a quiet street. We had a great time, the house was perfect for our family. Would recommend and would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was so beautiful and close to the beach. The decks were wonderful and the beach cart made all the difference in the world for getting down to the beach. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: Spent a winter week with at 25 25th with folks we have been friends with for over 30 years but due to distance don’t see as often as we like. The house was almost perfect for us. First floor bedroom was great for me and my bad knee, the two large dining tables meant we could use for eating and the other allowed one of the friends who hasn’t retired (poor thing) to spread out and do work some of the time. Good (almost) great kitchen )with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker even though the description says only the drip) so we ate in almost the whole time. Nice screen porch and deck with seating and grill. Our only issues were the steep steps into the unit, the low and deep furniture in the living space, and the need to run the dishwasher a lot due to being minimal flatware. If you’re a wine snob, you ought to bring your own wine glasses as there are only plastic ware. If you’re coming for a vacation and intend to go to the beach everyday, be advised it’s a long three blocks to the beach plus the long trail from the road to the water. Island Realty was easy to deal with and when we had an issue they had someone out within an hour to resolve it.

The house is a three block walk to the beach on a quiet side street. Grocery shopping is a two minute drive with a few nice restaurants close by. There is also a park with playground, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts two blocks away. We didn't use the ping pong table down stairs but it looked like it was in good shape. We especially like the wrap around porch and screened in porches which are perfect to enjoy the evening. We will definitely be back.

Close distance to the store, amenities etc. The home itself is beautiful with pretty much everything you need for a stay. Great outdoor space and friendly visits from the local deer every morning. Will go back for sure. Super easy and quick check in with the on island rental co too!

The kitchen and master bath are beautifully appointed. 3 coffee pot choices (Keurig, full pot, etc) extra fridge space in laundry room & garage. My 14 yo was extremely exited about the basketball goal. We used the beach wagon twice. We were disappointed that we didn't have a chance to use one of the 2 grills & 2 fire pits. Long weekend stay...3 nights.

Kitchen has all the necessary equipment. It was great with extra refrigerator space in the laundry room. A very quiet street with a large back yard. Only negative is the bedrooms get hot when the doors are closed. So, we needed to leave the doors open to help get ac to the bedroom.

Great gathering spaces & welcoming kitchen, beautifully furnished, but lots of privacy for the "kids" upstairs. About a 10 min walk to the beach. Easy to get downtown or to Sullivan's for a meal. Island Realty was super helpful w/late check-in due to traffic on 95. Some maintenance issues in upstairs bath, and the A/C in the bedrooms is not very strong, but overall our stay was truly wonderful and we hope to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice, however the air conditioning system left a lot to be desired. While the main part of the house would get very cold, the master bedroom was like a sauna (should have known when we saw two fans stationed on both sides of bed). There was no air conditioning in the main bedroom, main bath or closet. also air conditioning to 2nd floor bedrooms struggled to keep up on the real feel days of 100+ all week.Place could use some real wine glasses as no one wants to drink wine out of a plastic cup. Screened in porch had a musty smell probably due to the rug on the floor constantly getting wet in thunderstorms. Sofa in living room was extremely uncomfortable.

Nice porches and deck. The kitchen was well appointed and the appliances were all nearly new. Great for the 4 adults in our party.
