Nestled in the Texas hill country is the Blue Bungalow, a charming one-bedroom barndominium located in Kingsland, Texas in a quiet neighborhood, with golf cart access to Lighthouse Golf Course. If you are looking to experience the Highland Lakes, whether it be fun on the water, playing the golf courses, touring the wineries, listening to live music, hiking or simply watching the birds and abundant wildlife, this cozy and well-appointed retreat is the place. It's close to it all!

As you enter the bungalow, you are greeted with beautiful high ceilings of corrugated steel that give it a warm and spacious feeling. The fully equipped kitchen, dining and den share this space, while the bedroom is separated by a wall with two entries, and boasts a king-size bed. The bathroom is large and located at the back of the bungalow, and has a walk-in shower, cabinet sink, toilet and bench. The closet is located off the bathroom. As for outdoor space, there is a large, enclosed and covered front porch that offers the perfect place to relax and unwind from the day's activities.

The bungalow sleeps two (King bed) , and offers the perfect getaway for couples, a girlfriend weekend or even overflow guests.

Very nice place! Easy check-in, good communication, very pleasant space. Additional touches such as incredibly soft bath towels, ice maker, locally made soaps. We were there visiting family and will stay here again next time we visit!

Great spot in the TX Hill Country!

This bungalow was a perfect place to stay in Kingsland. Situated in a little neighborhood and about 10-20 minutes from Burnet or Marble Falls. The bungalow itself was cute and a great size for two people. Enjoy your stay!

Great Hill Country Getaway

I had a really lovely weekend stay at this rental with my dog. This was the nicest Hill Country VRBO I have ever stayed in. Super clean and very tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and was in a convenient location for what I wanted to do in the area (Llano, Inks Lake). Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway in that part of the Hill Country.

Very comfortable

This is our second stay and we love the layout of the property with covered parking. It’s a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Bed is really comfortable and we were glad to have use of the washer/dryer on site. The A/C unit struggled a little bit with the 100°+ weather but the double ceiling fans in the bedroom made it comfortable. The front porch is a nice quiet place to hang out when the weather is pleasant enough. The Loofah and handmade soap is a really nice touch. There are also some nice selections of coffee K-cups. We would love to stay here every time we need to come to town if our available dates align with each other.
