Welcome to Pasadena! This is a recently remodeled studio with private kitchenette and bathroom. Designed for travelers in mind, the studio has everything travelers need to stay comfortably.

The studio is a short driving distance to PCC, Cal Tech, Rose Parade, Restaurants, Shops, Metro, & Bus lines. Great central location to Disney, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and everything in LA.

Neat, clean, charming. Small with only basics. Great on a budget. Nice safe neighborhood in walking distance to some restaurants, a park and many bus stops. Only possible concern is close proximity to other guests. Potential for rule breaking, or rude guests to disturb you. Host is responsive and accommodating.

Comfortable stay in a good location

I’ve stayed here a few times within the past few months. It’s sized well, has amenities I appreciate and need, ample parking, and laundry machines. Makes for an easy stay away from home.

Clean and Efficient

My husband and I stayed at the unit for a few days while we were in town for a wedding. The residence is centrally located, and is very clean. The owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. He remained gracious even when I had trouble getting into the unit because of my error with the code. Thank you.

Very comfortable stay!

James was a great host! He was very communicative and the property itself was super clean. It had all the amenities we needed and the area felt very safe. The parking can be a little confusing but James helps by giving detailed maps of the property to help navigate it. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again!

Good stay and convenient location

Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there.

This was a pretty good stay. The suite was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and directiins were clear. Quiet location near everything. James was in touch and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Loved it.

My husband and I stayed to watch our daughter race collegiately. The location was great, has great off street/private parking, and very secure access. The place was very clean, and comfortable.

Simple and Sweet

James's studio apartment was perfect for our stay. The space was comfortable and decorated for good use. Our bed was medium firm and we slept very well, although the pillows were a little flat and hard. James was extremely communicative, and although the parking area was tight in some places, we had no issues parking a Tacoma in the spots provided. We had no issues with noise from other guests while we were there, and the traffic outside was hidden by our white noise machine that we always travel with. The shower had extremely low pressure, but when I told James about it, he immediately said he would get it looked at. As we only stayed there two nights, it was not a bigger issue for us. Super convenient area within 10 minutes to most places.

A traveler at heart! Before sharing this space with other fellow travelers, I have been to New Zealand, Australia, Maldives, Thailand, Japan, China, United Kingdom, Peru, and Mexico. I spent four months studying abroad in Japan before graduating from UCR (University of California, Riverside). In my free time, you will find me doing various kinds of sports, such as hiking, camping, cycling, scuba diving, and hang gliding.

Having traveled to a number of countries, I got a decent sense of the essential needs for travelers. My goal is to provide you a comfortable space with essential amenities, while saving from the extravagant services that you may not necessary need, so you’re left with more funds for traveling! If you need any recommendations on where to visit or eat in Los Angeles, please don’t be shy and let me know :).
